Took us 1 1/2 hours and several calls for customer service to get truck despite online pickup. The gentleman was nice; however, he had difficulties with the app.
Charles RVehicle was not designed for out of town trips. No cruise control, poor mileage and cost same as a bigger truck. Not comfortable for a long trip.
Gregory VI ran a U-Haul from the local neighborhood dealer and it was easy as pie.
Toneshia DI requested an appliance dolly with my rental and the dolly was not in the truck. I called scheduling to find another dolly and I got transferred two times until the third person actually helped me out. They didn’t even tell me I was being transferred. That was terrible Customer Service. Until the third gentleman, I talk to was very helpful and called around to find a dolly for me. He found one, but that was so out the way I I didn’t go pick it up because it was in another city which that’s a lot more mileage. So I decided to wait and call the next day to get the dolly where I rented the truck from (Rudra Convenience Store) when they opened. The number for them listed in the U-Haul app was invalid. So I had to call scheduling again and they informed me the convenience store was closed that day(Saturday) so now I had to go get one from another retailer, which again is out of my way, causing me to use more mileage that I had to pay for. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll probably ever use them again.
Janell CPoor location. Located next to a drive through convenience store in a parking lot. Not only was I not sent pick up directions the first time and had to call, but the lock boxes were so tight next to the wall and poor quality and stuck I had to call U-Haul again. This 10 minute pick up took about 45 minutes!
Josh HI had the truck for 8 hrs and only went 3 miles I had it from 12:45-6 and got an extension till 9 nobody told me that’s I had to pay double and that was all the money I had
Brittany WThe customer service was good, but the truck I rented had service lights on, the air conditioner went off several times and the truck had dirt and a gold & white pillow left in back. This place is better than a lot of other rental places.
Toyia YMake sure they know to fill out all the online forms before taking the truck. I missed the verification email about the truck lic. Communication issue. Over all a super fast and friendly service.

Julian PLocation was not open at 9am on a Saturday and the app wasn’t working. Made it very difficult to get the keys for the truck.
Dan CNot to have the customer waiting because there are people inside the store to check out and people are in the drive thru. The whole experience was just not a favorable experience.
ANNIE YJust go to a regular u-haul location. They don't do everything on their phones and won't take care of other customers when they should be helping you. This location also couldn't find the keys until they finally checked the lock box. I was there for over a half hour trying to get a truck that was already sitting outside (with a reservation).
Alexis DLit was convent to my moving project so I saved a few miles as it was close to my house. The clerks at the convenient store where it’s located seemed well organized.

Ellesse RNo ramp was on the truck which made it very difficult. People hang around outside store smoking and drinking. I used the drive through so I didn’t have to walk through them. Uhaul doesn’t tell you that you will need to forms of ID when picking up, so lost time in signing on process on phone.app.
