Sorry, forgot to put gasoline in the truck, it was late and I was tired. No problem with the fuel charge, it is my mistake. Truck was clean, service was great, I have no complaints.

ANTHONY SI took myself in my own car, so I needed to leave my car while I was using the U-Haul. The employees were like you can NOT leave your car here. Finally they offered me car space that was not on their property, so I could get towed. ;( STUPID PLACE TO RENT FROM!!!!

HOWARD KWe dropped off on Saturday,. I had called U-Haul and we were told to park the unit, take pictures & place keys in a drop box…which we did. BUT IVE HAD ZERO FEEDBACK ON THE RETURN! Was everything ok? Not one word. Not good …. please advise if everything was fine….say Something!

LIBRADO Mif the customer has to fill gas tank up to the level it was when they got it then it should posted or display how much in gallons that would be because not knowing how big the gas tank is or how many miles per gallons the rented vehicle gets and makes it impossible to just guess that amount so you should pay me the 10 out of the 30 dollars back for over filling your tank because I feel the way you feel about it and you would charge me the money if I didn't put the gas so I want the money back also

Raul SAgain, plenty of return problems rudeness not a welcoming customer service although they did calm down but all this starts at corporate corporate U-Haul. I have never used it rented a U-Haul and may never be back. I would like a phone call from corporate U-Haul or an email I think there’s some credit do this survey won’t be the end of my reporting.
