I took myself in my own car, so I needed to leave my car while I was using the U-Haul. The employees were like you can NOT leave your car here. Finally they offered me car space that was not on their property, so I could get towed. ;( STUPID PLACE TO RENT FROM!!!!

HOWARD KWe dropped off on Saturday,. I had called U-Haul and we were told to park the unit, take pictures & place keys in a drop box…which we did. BUT IVE HAD ZERO FEEDBACK ON THE RETURN! Was everything ok? Not one word. Not good …. please advise if everything was fine….say Something!
