JAMES CDirty on the inside cabin. It would take 5 minutes to get a Lysol wipe and wipe down high touch areas, cup holders, etc... Also, the guy running this place has terrible customer service. Do better.

NICHOLAS DImprove customer service! I walked in at 0850 to turn in the keys to truck and the lady at the desk told me I was late turning it in. I said I wasn't late, it was due in on Tuesday. She THEN asked if my name was Mr Pickett and I said NO, my name is Mr. XXX She then looked up my rental and found out I was correct. No greeting, didnt even ask who I was, and no apology after her mistake. I will NOT recommend Runway Rentals to ANYONE. I will also report thIs incident to the 101st IGs office.

MICHAEL WI wanted to do the turning process on line but the up kept telling me that i have reached the limit on verification, so couldn’t signed up to do so, but it says that you will get charged if you didn’t do the turning process on ligne because I dropped the keys one hour after the close up, it was last Saturday. So not that I didn’t want to do it on line but it’s that the up couldn’t allow me.
AMIDOU ZThe ladies in the office acted like I was bothering them when I showed up to pick up my truck especially the red headed ladiy who was even rude and questioned my state ID that stated I was a veteran and then got more attitude when I showed her my military ID. She then repeatedly asked me if I was the only person who would be driving the vehicle like a female is incapable of driving a truck herself. Will never use this location for U-haul services or any other again
CHARITY AThe gal helping me had no idea what she was doing. Told her I need a 26 foot truck and car dolly. Told her car dolly will be dropped off in Texas and truck in colorado. She said that's fine. Got both items. Once in Texas I dropped off car dolly. I was charged 33 bucks for dropping off at wrong location. The guy in Texas said it was supposed to be dropped off in colorado and the gal should have done 2 separate transactions . The gal could not answer basic questions about the rental nor did she know how to split payment between 2 credit cards. Worst experience I had at uhaul. Inside of truck was dirty, windshield was full of bugs, gas was not all the way full and when the gal hooked up car dolly, she forgot to connect the brake cable to the truck. Thank God I don't have to rent from that location again.

Antonio MTruck came in at the last minute. It was immediately turned over to me. Vehicle was not cleaned. It was covered in animal hair from the previous driver. The back of the vehicle had debris and broken glass and was slick with oil. I had asked if the vehicle was checked at all to make sure it was ready for its next long distance journey, and I was assure it had been checked. The lady taken care of checking me out was a very nice and professional however, the vehicle should’ve been properly taken care of before being released to me. I had been diverted once again for an additional hour out of my way to pick up a vehicle for this last trip the fifth out of six, and which I have always been diverted from my original location.
Charlene LTessa knows all the tricks, she ensures everything is up to her standards. She is kind, funny, and such a blessing. I love working with her!

SCOTT SThe truck was dirty with cracks in the windshield. It drove very rough. The online pick up and drop off was not easy to follow and caused us to pick up and drop off late.
