The guy from Friday, when I picked up the Dodge Ram Truck 9' cargo van; was well beyond exceptional. It went really smooth, friendly, and very helpful; even with the phone call before 📱 to check on availability. He made the U-Haul Rental experience a pleasure. The Ram drives really smooth. It was very clean, and I made sure to return the equipment as exceptional. I even thought it could use a carwash, lol; just because it was so pristine inside; and, so well maintained mechanically. It really seemed flawless. For the return, I had to do an App Checkout, but that went okay; after I figured it out, about 15 minutes. I have used U-Haul most of my life, over a dozen times. U-Haul is always there for me, and taking care of me. So, I in return make sure to get both the Road trip coverage, and Insurance; for peace of mind; on both ends: for me, and for the U-Haul location. Over the past some 20 years of using U-Haul, twice already in Clarksville TN; I like the availability, policies, and setup for experience. It would be nice to have that recognition when Renting with U-Haul, as feedback; Customer Loyalty for the expected experience. Something probably like Home Depot Pro Xtra or something that keeps this specific experience; let the good times roll. But, in all that, not if adding value makes it more complicated, I mean like for experienced U-Haul Drivers and Users. I am sure there are boys and girls with more use than me, and that said; we probably like things the way they are just anyway...Thanks.
