Everything was great. The truck was a little hard to drive but I believe that was due to High winds that day.

Lisa MI rented a truck for 19.95 a day from 11:30am Thursday I returned it 9:30am Monday. 3 day's later I received a notice I was charged 29,95 a day for 4 days and I didn't return it until 1230pm Monday,

Slade SThe truck was very clean and in pristine condition. The drive was easy and smooth, even though we had torrential downpours. The office was closed but with mobile pick up- the instructions were clear and concise and after 10 minutes we had the keys and were off to pick up our belongings. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone who is looking for easy and fast access to a uhaul vehicle.
ASIA AThe app is a problem. Did the check in, copy lic etc BUT app would not let me get the truck. I had to call toll free to finally get the truck. The gas was 1/4 tank and I had to get gas! Taking more time and miles on low allowance!

David SRuss Rentals was pleasant to deal with. I was late for reservations due to traffic and they were very accomodating to me. The truck was ready to go for me. As I arrived to my location to load the truck, I noticed the cargo area had chocolate cake snacks melted to the floor, dirt and debris and small pieces of furniture in it which tells me the truck wasn't cleaned in between usage.. COVID people. Also, no paperwork was provided to me as far as contract or receipt. I also did receive an emails pertaining to them and I checked my spam folder just in case.
Chad HThey just told me to find the other trailers and drop it off there. It was in a mud hole and they didn't give me any type of receipt for return so I took a photo showing the serial number and where it was. They sell sheds and anything they can get their hands on probably. This place isn't about the customer.
Andrew EContract said to pick up trailer at 2:30 on 9/11 at location. Arrived at location at 3:20. No one site. Called 337-313-0139 4 times no answer. Hooked on to one of the 6’x12’ trailers and left contract in mail box with my contact information and trailer number.
Jerry DWhen I checked in online before the location opened, the instructions said there would be a lock box with the security word to open it but there was no such box. All we had to do was move the latch and it opened with the keys right inside. Anyone could have gotten in. It wasn’t anything bad for us but it seems risky, that’s all.
Giovanna RI was over charged !!! I dropped my uhaul off Monday at 2pm !!! It had to be back before 3:45 Monday and they didn’t check it in until today so I was charged for another day and safe tow coverage which I DID NOT PURCHASE !!!

Sandra VEither the website needs to be updated for their stated operating times or the qualified staff needs to arrive at their opening time. First person arrived at 09:02 after heading out for a coffee run and was not trained to process UHaul reservations. She did try FaceTime one of the other staff members which was great and it helped move things along. The qualified staff member was 20 minutes late and mentioned they normally don’t give out trucks until 10:00 which is different than what the website states and what I had an appointment for. This created an issue as I hired additional people to load the truck and they were waiting for me to return with the truck on the clock. There was also the issue of not having the hand truck or furniture dolly to load which was also listed as in stock at that location. I paid 24 furniture blankets but only received 9, which meant some items would not be protected and resulted in some damage during the move. While I would have been able to pick those items up at another location, I did not have the time as I had contracted movers waiting for the truck. The vehicle itself was in great condition. The pickup facility was also a relaxing atmosphere and clean.

sam wI called them an hour or more before scheduled drop off time. I got a voice mail stating that i was about to droo the truck off. Upon arrival the yard was almost in complete darknes, office closed & completly dark

JOEL BI was not pleased with my services. The truck was very old gave us trouble on the road. The vibration on the truck was horrible. The door kept jamming and the lift would not close back up cost us 3 hours. Russ did not offer good customer service I will not be using that location.
TAMIKA WEverything was unorganized & what i oaid for was not in truck It took 2 hours to check in & lock password did not work. Truck had no AC . Overall worst experience ever. Highly disappointing.
