The van had a very bad cigarette smell The van had no gas and I had to get gas as soon as got the van The trolley was not in the van and I had to come back to get it Overall the worst rental I have ever had and I would never use U Haul again after this experience and I would discourage all my friends and family from using this company

The experience was positive for sure. The roof of the rented vehicle was not marked for the damages. It would be easier and faster if all the dents and damages are marked prior to renting out. Overall, was a great experience and will be going back for sure. Thank you,

Staff at this location were rude, impatient and did inform me of on line return even though I asked about lock box for after hour drop. I returned van 11 hrs after sign out, they charged me twice for blankets and charged me $89 for 150km when I only used 75km. I do not recommend this location and if UHal does not reimburse me I will not recommend the company at all.

Wrong bill, I did not order utility dolly and safe move but I was charged for. I did not receive any utility dolly!

Fix the app. I had several issues using it and it was frustrating on the day of pick up. Great that the customer service was there to patiently walk me through using the website

There were supposed to be a furniture dolly, appliance dolly and furniture pads waiting for me, but none were. I was then sent to another location 20km away to pick them up and was told they don't have them either. In the end, despite spending 2 hours on truck “pickup” I had to move without any of these supplies — all because this location didn't properly prep the truck I rented.

The van cargo area had some cardboard bits left in it, not a big deal but a sweep would have nice so i didn't have to clean someone else's mess. Also on the survey I'd have liked an “ok” sort of answer

This place where I dropped the uhaul truck is a scam shop who charged me one day extra where I dropped the vehicle on time plus the scam bug guy charged me 70 dollars which I took the vehicle in quarter and I even saw I put more gas than the level they gave me. When I dropped the key the guy is you leave then I send you the invoice which he cheated. He sent me 111 dollars extra. I hope the uhaul company look at this scam shop . I did not have any problem before with other locations except this stupid guy

I had no problem with Rust Check but I had trouble with the "Return the Truck" app that I received in an email for after hour returns. I wasted about 30 minutes of taking pictures of the mileage and fuel gauge readings and the app telling me to take more recent pictures, that I just left the keys in the mail slot as instructed by the attendant on the previous day. I have a phone full of these timestamp pictures. I originally ordered a 10 foot truck through Head Office USA but when I went to check on it a few days before, the 10 foot truck was now unavailable so they replaced it with a 15 foot truck. I was also charged extra for the dolly and packing blankets that come with the larger truck. It was a little overkill for my needs. These were my only issues with U-Haul head office USA itself. I would still recommend U-Haul itself.

My after hours truck return experience was a failure. The key drop box was locked and while I followed all the steps on the website, I was only left with instruction to drop the key into the box. But the box had no slot to drop the keys in and was locked with a code. Calling customer service didn't help either. My call was forwarded into endless loop and I gave up and dropped the keys into Rust Check's mail slot at their door. That cost you guys one star of otherwise great experience.

Only driven less than 10km and filled up back to level when picked up. When returning was accused of gas below level. Had to go back to gas up an extra $5 to avoid $15 penalty. Also got yelled at for not folding moving blankets "perfectly". Had to go back and perfectly folded 12 blankets again and carried back to the garage for the employee. Promised a lower milage fee of 49 cents/km on the phone. Paid 79 cents/km at the store. Truck had fishy smell and was dirty. Will never come back again.

The truck was given to us with check engine light on, we pointed this out and told it was nothing and the truck was okay to use. On the road we discovered the front end alignment was off and drifting to the right. The ride was quite rough over bumps in the road. The dolley for pulling the vehicle was not checked and one side had been ratcheted wrong. It took us an hour to correct this issue. The truck also was over reving on the drive periodically.
