Francisco AThe girl was completely unhelpful. The guy that actually dropped the trailer was a good guy, putting up with a total bitch doing nothing. Fire her!
Leonard VRustic Trends pickup location was great. Everything went smooth. My issue was with the UHaul app - it never would connect/upload my reservation or active rental while I had the truck. Therefore, I was unable to do the mobile checkout/truck return when I was done, which ended up costing me $20 - all because of an issue with Uhaul's app/website.
Wayne GWe got to Alvarado and truck started smoking and we made it to the drop off point Friday night. We were not able to use rest of time! But yet you can’t give us a discount on time not used! Just because we chose to get to the drop off point instead of not calling for another truck to come!

PATRICE DWhen renting a Uhaul one should be told to put gas in it before being returned..If you don't you will be charged.
Brandi AOffer advertised pricing, the truck I rented was the 15' truck It advertised a $29.99 deal, that was not an option at all on the web site for that size truck or any truck. This truck was $99.00 for 30 miles, I paid almost $200 for the truck
Wylette MMy reservation was not acknowledged. I use Uhaul because it is all that is available in our area. WE we have not been able to count on a reservation for the last several times we have used your company. The folks at the facility were excellent to deal with but something is lacking in the online reservation Department

Hunter PEmployees seemed to know little and just told me to leave it. Tried to check in online and there didn't seem to be any final step. Although there were other uhauls there, it felt pretty sketchy just leaving it on the side of the road at a lone gas station where nobody really knew anything other than, "just leave it."
AMY SMake sure the trucks are in good repair and do not need mechanical service before renting them out.

Like I plan on being there at that exact time especially after driving for hours I’m tired bruh and the equipment I need they didn’t even have they had no straps no floor mats nothing

Fred WHave a better run location that has everything together. I was suppose to do self at 8:30 the location didn’t do it right so had to wait for someone to get there. They arrived 15 minutes after they were suppose to open I had to pay 400 extra dollars for the movers I was paying to move us because we were 3 hours late getting started because they messed up. Very unprofessional. Deserve all my money back for the rental.

Philips HWhen you open at 10 be there at or before time to open up and the truck smelled like a wet dog. They also put on the sheet that it had more gas in it than it actually had and when I turned it in I had to pay a penalty fee for that.

Tyson ROriginally had reservations at different location. Went to pick up trailer and it wasn’t there. Manager wasn’t either. Spoke by phone and he told me he thought I had picked it up before he came to work. He finally found one for me.
JOHN HIt was after hours. No employees were there. There was no signs of where to park the truck and auto transport. It didn't look like a safe place.

Leon SI did not like having to drive all over looking for micro-fuses so the lights would work. I also had to use an adaptor I fortunately had in my truck because the one on the car hauler did not work.

It was not ready as the dolly and blankets were not on the truck, had fo wait for them and come to find out this location does not have furniture blankets. After being on hold with customer service i am still waiting on my credit for the blankets i did not get.
Kerry BI've never had to pay so much for a UHaul and plus the $35 dollars in Gas I had to put in it.no way we used that much gas .we went from the pick up to Aragon and then 5 minutes to my storage.then back to the place we picked up. And he sd the $100 deposit was for them to get the mileage out of it .He never mentioned the $40 charge for the truck. I thought it was $19.95! Boy was I took through the wringer. It's bad enough I had to put my furniture in storage, and now I'm homeless, I live off a small SSDI income and that $35on gas and extra $20 on truck, and he laughed at me when I came in to pay for the second round of gas! I told him $15 he sd no it's $20 I sd it's $15 or I'm walking out the door and making a call to your boss..It wasn't funny to me sir..I just got screwed by you big time. Will definitely find someone else if I ever find a place to live!!

Robert jThis location was filthy and had tools and trash laying out everywhere. There was not anyone at this location and it looked sketchy/ unsafe and abandoned.
Kyle PThe location and drop box was quite difficult to find luckily the people were there to help, they usually aren’t. But while they signed me in they apparently added extra charges of $45 I wasn’t aware of and I have tried contacting by phone and email with no response.
