They set up my renal as an in town, that was it what I asked as I was returning it to another city. When trying to correct this the manager was entirely rude she said she can’t help because it’s a holiday weekend and was very dismissive. Anthony was polite but he made a mistake when setting up my reservation, accidents happen, his field manger finally reached back out to me to correct it…. But the uhaul wasn’t clean. There was barely any gas I. The truck. The door was extremely hard to open and close, and the truck shakes when driving which didn’t feel normal. I don’t think the mileage was recorded correctly because they said i drove more miles than I actually did and charged me for more. I was also told my mileage was .39 per mile and I was charged .89 per mile… the overall experience and communication was awful and made my move way more stressful than it should have been.
