When you open at 10 be there at or before time to open up and the truck smelled like a wet dog. They also put on the sheet that it had more gas in it than it actually had and when I turned it in I had to pay a penalty fee for that.Austin F.

Originally had reservations at different location. Went to pick up trailer and it wasn't there. Manager wasn't either. Spoke by phone and he told me he thought I had picked it up before he came to work. He finally found one for me.JOHN H.

I did not like having to drive all over looking for micro-fuses so the lights would work. I also had to use an adaptor I fortunately had in my truck because the one on the car hauler did not work.Kenneth W.
The truck was not on property so it could not be found. It was not ready as the dolly and blankets were not on the truck, had fo wait for them and come to find out this location does not have furniture blankets. After being on hold with customer service i am still waiting on my credit for the blankets i did not get.Kerry B.

I've never had to pay so much for a UHaul and plus the $35 dollars in Gas I had to put in it.no way we used that much gas .we went from the pick up to Aragon and then 5 minutes to my storage.then back to the place we picked up. And he sd the $100 deposit was for them to get the mileage out of it .He never mentioned the $40 charge for the truck. I thought it was $19.95! Boy was I took through the wringer. It's bad enough I had to put my furniture in storage, and now I'm homeless, I live off a small SSDI income and that $35on gas and extra $20 on truck, and he laughed at me when I came in to pay for the second round of gas! I told him $15 he sd no it's $20 I sd it's $15 or I'm walking out the door and making a call to your boss..It wasn't funny to me sir..I just got screwed by you big time. Will definitely find someone else if I ever find a place to live!!Melissa J.

This location was filthy and had tools and trash laying out everywhere. There was not anyone at this location and it looked sketchy/ unsafe and abandoned.Kyle P.
The location and drop box was quite difficult to find luckily the people were there to help, they usually aren't. But while they signed me in they apparently added extra charges of $45 I wasn't aware of and I have tried contacting by phone and email with no response.Bethany F.

Location was confusing. Phone call not answered. Calls to customer service ended on hold forever. If calls can't be answered in less than 3 minutes, you need more operators!! That's a company problem, not the drop off location.Michael V.

The truck that I had reserved wasn't available when it was supposed to be, customer service was rude, so I hope I never need UHaul again! I rode around and found a truck myself sut there till the place open, luckily that truck was available, the person that was super nice and check the truck out to me in no time, definitely recommend finding one-way trucks from renters, their way friendlier!Regina S.
There were alot of issues with getting a rental after making reservations days before, I was sent to three different locations for a truck. Apparently when it comes to reservations, employees borrowing the trucks trumps reservations. I will probably find other truck companies to deal with in the future, ones that keep customer reservations.Raymond E.

I wasn't clearly explained everything upfront. Even asked multiple times if I had to fill up the uhual with gas or if I payed for gas and was told no and told multiple times that the $90 was all I was gonna pay but I was charged an extra $100 a day after paying $90 upon picking up the uhual.Owen P.

I did not receive the appliance handtrucks or blankets I ordered online. When I told the owners of Rustic Trends I received no help resolving this matter. This unconvinced cost me several hours delay in bringing the truck back. I am now being overcharged and uhaul has of yet, one week later to release the hold on my money in my bank.
