I wish I had their names but the employees worked with me and their professionalism was above and beyond. I felt very comfortable talking with them and they were great. If I need to rent another truck I will definitely return to them.

No improvement needed! Evelyn and Johnny did a great job of making sure we got the right equipment, with the right towing vehicle, and we very helpful with checking me in for the pickup and hitching the trailer to the truck, when we found an issue, they switched trailers as an equipment upgrade that worked great for us! Very nice folks to deal with; I've rented from Rusty's many times, and every time all has been as reserved with no tricks or extras being added. Great JOB you guys! Thank you!

Lady extremely rude during pickup, while I was with my four-year-old child. I left a pretty crappy review on Google. When dropping off, during the same day, the lady was like a different person. She was very nice. Still, being professional and courteous 50% of the time is not good enough.

Drop off was simple, and took about one minute. The trailer I rented was older, but in perfect working order. The customer service at both pickup and drop off were excellent. I never had to attach, or detach the trailer. Uhaul personnel handled the trailer when I picked up, and dropped off. Thanks for the excellent experience.

I believe that getting a rental from your company could not have been easier. Go online, Fill out the questions, report on the day of pickup and get the key. I was in and out in 10 minutes Pre-register online is the best thing you can do for yourself.

Amazing friendly customer service, there's always available moving trucks, trailers, as well as towing units. I will highly recommend Rusty's U-Haul location in Culpeper, VA to anybody.

Rusty's Towing Service is awesome! They were actually open on time. They were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. It is clear that they care about their customers and customer service is a priority. UHAUL needs to learn about customer service from Rusty's!

The truck's furniture pads were missing from the unsealed bag and there was no dolly. That's fine since I didn't need any of those things but it would have been inconvenient if a renter had needed those items. I suggest locking the cargo door when the vehicle is parked to perhaps avoid losing these items.

We haven’t ever rented a vehicle before and we’re a little hesitant about how well this would go. The service was absolutely EXCELLENT beginning with the staff who took our order and gave us advice. The vehicle was ready when we got there and the drop off was really easy. we got our receipts by email and that was very convenient. Just a great experience overall.

Pickup, dropoff and cost were non issues. The cab of the truck smelled terrible though.

We lost the key and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the locksmith. Uhaul fee was $350. And the locksmith only gets a small fee. Talk about taking advantage.
