The impression UHAUL gave me as a customer making and planning reservations over thirty days prior to picking up my storage items from storeland storage was extremely disappointing and gave me the impression my personal information was stolen and used by darkweb for illegal/illicit democrat intifada socialist political or something that i do not agree. The customer service was terrible and the trucks not clean and not properly checked mechanically before the next customer checks out the trucks. I had to check in the 15’ truck reservation that i danikavmathsen made online in may 2026 because of a dirty truck and unsatisfactory checkout process with a uhaul representative so i checked it in and informed uhaul of all the problems. I was glad to have a larger truck yet still there were problems. The truck cab interior was not cleaned inside and I was still rushed in the check out process. Under the truck the metal component protecting the exhaust system was out of line and needed to be secured twice when i had the truck. Uhaul gave me the impression that i was supposed to die during the reservation. Many comments that they were surprised i was taking photos of the truck and that i actually am concerned and care about the maintenance of the truck. I was concerned that i had to call roadside service in cambridge ohio at a gas station with pine tree towing service again fir the same issue as the metal cover under the truck had already been secured. This was a two hour delay and the location at a gas station disrupted service for the sheetz gas station as well. The communication with uhaul seemed that uhaul made this roadside service worse and seemed they wanted to take advantage if the maintenance stop. Im aware of being taken advantage if pii on darkweb since 2015 and almost seems that could have been the case through this reservation as well because the hampton inn reservation was also dirty when i made it over 30 days prior to the reservation. The problem is customer service and lack of concern from uhaul in picking up the truck and checking out the truck as a customer. What i am aware of is a coordinated cyber darkweb with these reservations. I noticed that the amtrak was delayed on 06/05/2026 waiting to board at Union station dc. The inside of hampton inn orange ugly graffiti carpet and dirty. The trucks dirty and lack of concern from uhaul reps while i am checking out the trucks. Its like uhaul wants something to go wrong and take advantage of the customers on a contract to move with darkweb. Thats the impression that is given and it is coordinated.

DREW GPaid the $75 for the rental and mileage, they charged us $113 the next day because they accused us of returning it with 3/4 tank of gas instead of a full tank when it had 3/4 to begin with. They obviously don’t bother to check and will just accuse and charge whoever. Now we are behind on other things and have to wait for them to “look into it.” Go rent a uhual somewhere else not here

James GThe windshield was dirty. It wasn’t cleaned after the last customer. The ventilation fan would only work on low and the weather was warm.The passenger side mirror is out of adjustment. The people were honest and my final bill did not include any type of up charges.

TOM PIt was the first time I used the complete online check in process and it went very well. I needed to move the truck in order to take the pictures of it’s sides. Very good experience. Probably the fifth time we have rented from Rusty’s in the past two years. Great location
Roy SI would say there’s nothing you can do to improve the service. I think it was well run the lady running it handled a pretty chaotic situation and just tamed. The whole thing beautifully took care of all of us no issues so yeah I’ll be going back there when I need to rent something again

RICHARD LEasy hook up and go, only thing I had an issue with is that U-HAULS no longer have the built in crank to make it easier to detach and reattach from/to the vehicle. Had I not had a floor jack and jack stand it would have been much more difficult. Other than than I'm pleased with the rental.
