I will always recommend people stay local in business - however, I was shocked the truck was filthy dirty. Literally looked like the person before us hauled dirt - the back was so dirty we had to buy a tarp to put down before we moved our stuff in! Not sure if this is normal, but I guess I expected it to be ready to use for the next person. Do you inspect before giving the keys?Jeffrey S.

Unfortunately, although the overall dimensions of the trailer are 6 x 12', the opening at the back of the trailer is probably less than 4.5', so I couldn't fit the equipment I wanted to haul on the trailer. I returned the trailer an hour after picking it up.Kenneth H.

I doubt the interior was sanitized but may be wrong. Driver sunvisor was hanging down on right side because the catch was gone and there was just a hole there in the ceiling. The mileage rate is too high in my opinion for a smaller truck.Greg M.

Location services were unavailable for our pickup (app or location issues), and emergency call to U-Haul resulted in hold of 30 minutes plus before I hanging up to avoid losing our mobile reservation pickup window. I called Rusty's directly (speaking with Rusty) and he immediately checked for a tow driver in the area, sending him over within 10 minutes. The gentleman had to completely enter our contract as we were a mobile pickup, but did so with patience and graciousness. Incredible customer service response from Rusty's Towing. I've picked up uHaul's at Randy's towing for a while now and decided to go here again because I've never had an issue and have always had good customer service. Well.... this time I decided to use the 24/7 online service as I needed a van on Sunday when the office was closed and through how wonderful and convenient to do everything through my phone. The advertisement made it seem like such a seamless process. Wrong. Took me three hours to pick up my rental and that's after being on hold for at least an hr and a half with uHaul. I never received the code to pick up key even though online my reservation said I was good to go. I will be very, very hesitant to use this service again.Christylin B.

I was very angry that my reservation was cancelled due to me not answering the phonecall. I was driving and do not have Hands Free. I was glad they were able to rebook me into a van instead of the truck, but my trip was almost ruined due to this cancellation.DAVIDGREGORY C.

The check in process was horrific! My reservation was cancelled and then it took us over an hour on hold and then getting help to resolve the issue. A thunderstorm was coming in as we were standing in the rain trying to complete the process. we would have been done well before the storm if my reservation had not been cancelled. Not happy at all. BUT Ruth that completed my reservation over the phone was fabulous!Jennifer H.

The trailer had what appeared to be large clumps of grass in it, other than that everything went great. What you could do to improve your services would be to make it possible to secure the trailer to the vehicle.Clifton S.

I said yes above - but returning the vehicle, after hours (2:00 pm), was tedious. Not Rusty's issue but Uhaul's procedures. All those photos! And I had to pay a $20 fee for returning it at 2pm? Makes me want to find a different rental place. That's why an average rating.John J.
Truck was dirty both in the cab and inside the truck. Have truck to me with 1/4 tank of gas. I had to put gas in the truck as soon as I got it so I could get to my destination. Unfamiliar with the area, this was very stressful and unnecessary. Truck struggled when shifting gears. It would be helpful to have at least 1/2 tank or more in the truck when initially renting to a customer or acknowledge that the gas was low and make suggestions to the next gas station. In addition, disclose the approximate mpg so a customer can estimate how much gas to put in when you leave it low. I left more gas in the truck than what I was given and therefore taking more money out of my pocket. Not appreciated.Joel W.

The gate was messed up and I was told after that it had been. I called for days with no response to try to take it back and then got charged days over what I had and used it I can't no I am able to drop It off after business hours unless I am told. Then shit down all weekend so how could I call to take it back.Chris S.
