The salesperson was not specific on where to drop off the U-Haul the next morning. She stated to drop it off anywhere in our area, to look up the nearest U-Haul location and drop it there. Received a phone call later that evening that stated a specific location that it needed to be dropped off at. The issue is that the location was NOT clear on the voicemail and all we got was "garage" something. Had to assume the location we dropped off at was the correct one. Before dropping it off at the "garage" we had already looked up another location that accepted U-Haul and instructions were to close the gate after parking, there was not a gate at this location to close (looked old and deserted) so went on a hunt to find something with the name of "garage" in it in our area to finally drop off the U-haul.

The driver side windshield wiper had not been checked and was useless. We had to stop for the night that was not planned due to rain and no place to replace wiper blade. Hotel cost $150.00. Very upset over this cost and delay.

Was asked to pick it up day early because they didn’t want to come in on a Saturday. Then had to wait for a long time once we got there to get the truck. Got it home and started to load it the next morning and it didn’t have the hand truck or furniture pads I ordered. Then the lady from the rental place called me and said I had been given the wrong truck and when asked about the hand truck and furniture pads she said they hadn’t came in yet.... but didn’t offer to get me a replacement... And then said she’d refund the cost of the rental equipment I didn’t get but that it would take 3-5 days. Was very disappointed and won’t use Uhaul again.

There was no one in the office, had to go find someone. The staff was friendly, just slightly unavailable. While it is a mechanics shop, it was fairly junky overall. The drive leading to parking area for truck required a 4 wheel drive as it had huge ruts and dips in it. This area was pretty junky as well.

This place really did a good job. I didn't have a reservation but they had the size truck I needed. Got me set up in a very short period of time. Would definitely go back again if needed. Thank you!

Cramped and cluttered entrance and lot. Lots of cars and parts sitting in the way. Difficult to get to without traveling backstreets or down a narrow overgrown 2-lane road. People were friendly enough though.

I reserved at a different location on line but was directed to this location by the person at the original location. He could not give me directions to the Rynos location, I had to find it myself because no one answered the phone when I called. I got the truck late, it smelled badly and was very used. Worst rental experience I've ever had.

Alicia and Wesley are the absolute best in the universe. The original day of the move my 'movers' backed out at the last minute due to inclement weather (like a little rain would melt them). Alicia facilitated re-renting the truck and offered the assistance of her husband, Wesley, to ensure that my bed would get moved. Rock Star Stellar people who care!!!

We have used U-Haul many times without incident. Our original reservation in Maggie Valley N.C. was canceled by U-Haul at 4AM the morning of our pick up. We were NOT notified! We arrived to pick up the trailer. They did not have one available nor were any available in the immediate area. We had scheduled moving help to arrive within the hour. After what seemed like hours on "hold", corporate U-Haul did find a trailer in a nearby town. This U-Haul dealer worked hard to help our situation. Needless to say, we were stressed by this inconsiderate action by the U-Haul scheduling system. Of course the local dealer could not compensate us for our time and stress but I believe U-Haul should apologize to us.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had!! Location where we were supposed to pick up truck was CLOSED when we got there with no explanation. Had to drive an HOUR to this location which was AWFUL!! I expect a FULL REFUND and will NEVER use UHaul again!!!!!

I scheduled to pick up in Waynesville but had to go to Canton to get the trailer ( 25 min one direction out of the way). When I got there the person that did Uhaul rental was not there. The guy in the shop tried to help me. I hooked up to the trailer and walked around it checking the tires. One was flat. I took it to the office and they started working on it. I went in to do the paper work and I asked if I had trouble who do I call. He said there is a phone number in the contract but he didnt know where it was. He gave me his business card and said to call if I had trouble. When I came out from doing the paper work they were finishing up with the tire. I made it about 25 miles and that tire blew out.

Took my electric adapter for lights, said they handed to me. I think I would remember. Had to by another one. Cost me $13 dollars. Not pleased.

took over 30 minutes for this middle aged man to type up a simple one way contract. left with dolly and called back to Rynos and said I had to bring the dolly. back. truck problems. they are charging me for a one day local rental over fifty 7 dollars. I feel its wrong especially getting all stressed out waiting over a half hour and when I brought the dolly back the same man was at the desk and I waited and waited for something showing I returned it.. Got tired of waiting and I just walked out . I have rented from U haul over the years and NEVER have I been so stressed out than this. Totally incompetent. I would hope U Haul would void this charge for me

The place was a dirty old car repair place. I was kinda afraid to go in to the office. The uhaul was dirty in the cab. The girl told us that they would have cleaned it out but they don't have running water!? At a business - no running water?! Okay then.

They didn't have the truck I rented gave me a larger size said they would charge me for the smaller size. I also had a $50.00 credit with U-Haul they did not apply. I will never use u-haul again unless this is fixed. And the woman at this location will not return my calls.

Is a 5 by 9 trailer was 5 by 9 outside dimension. This seriously affected what I was doing, and is clearly false advertising. I don't believe in suing people, but this type of advertising may cause me to do so

I was informed this location had a drop box. It only had a mailbox, which was confusing. Please install a Dropbox and inform customers of the after hours drop off process. The personnel at Ryno's garage were very polite and understanding.

Was schedule and verified by email to pick up at 08:00 so I could go to work. Arrived and found them closed so had to send my wife back to pick it up later in the day. The staff did hook it up to my truck for her. After I was finished and attempted to disconnect the trailer, the lift crank mechanism wouldn’t function.

Extremely nice family run business that had our rental ready for us. Had an issue with corporate uhaul as I was never informed a $100 deposit was required if paying cash. That is something that definitely should have been revealed when uhaul corporate called to confirm my reservation. I was never asked how I was going to pay for rental. This required me to make several calls in order to make alternate payment arrangements, which was frustrating and time consuming. Person at 1800-GO-UHAUL was less than helpful.

Don't quote one price on your website for pads, then charge twice as much at the point of rental. I reserved online, where your website quoted $10 per dozen furniture pads. What initially appeared on my bill was $10 per half dozen pads. U-Haul customer service and the rental location did make appropriate adjustments, with which I am quite satisfied. However U-Haul's online systems should not allow such a thing to occur in the first place.
