Facility was closed at 2:00PM on a Saturday, gate locked, absolutely no place to park vehicle safely on the local, narrow road the facility is located on. Tried calling the facility phone number, voice mailbox full. Facility difficult to get to especially trying to navigate the 26' truck I was dropping off. Choose a different location.THEODORE H.

Staff was helpful but location was closed on the day of drop-off. The truck needed to be parked on the side of the road because the lot is closed when the shop is not open. Not the locations fault but navigating the roads nearby this location are difficult with a larger truck if following GPS instructions.RALPHJOSEPH C.

Directions given to location wound all through a residential neighborhood only to be told to drive all around the other half of the neighborhood to turn around and Park on the other side of town at the school. Gate was locked and no one was there 15 min. prior to scheduled pick up time. Tried to call and no answer and voice mail full. I got a call at 10:00 that they were there, but had to wait for someone to bring key to open gate. They didn't have the moving pads as ordered. Gave us 4 dirty ones, not the dozen that were ordered and did not correct the order in the system. It took over an hour from scheduled pick up time to actually leave with the truck.Deborah R.

The owner Ryan arrived at 915am to open his shop, which was 15 mins after our scheduled reservation pickup time. He overslept. The interior of the F150 pickup truck was filthy and disgusting. The exterior and bed were also dirty. It hadn't been cleaned after the last renter returned it the day before. Ryan didn't have a shop vacuum, and there were crumbs and food on the seat. The interior and windows were grimy and dusty. I told Ryan that I would have to clean and vacuum the truck, to which he just shrugged. I took the vehicle to a car wash and vacuumed the interior. I then had to take it back home to clean all interior surfaces and then disinfect with Lysol. This delayed our use of the vehicle by more than 1 hr, cost me mileage and $1.25 for the vacuum. When I returned the truck at 6pm, Ryan's sister, who is "in charge" of the rentals, confirmed they don't vacuum vehicles. She then told me the F150 pickup truck had recently been stolen for 2 weeks by a customer, and she was "waiting for U-Haul to send someone to detail the vehicle". She acknowledged it was dirty, and said their COVID-19 disinfecting process involves "spraying Lysol" over the dirty interior surfaces. We're shocked to learn that during a Pandemic, a U-Haul neighborhood dealer is renting a filthy vehicle that had "been stolen" , is not cleaning and properly disinfecting vehicle interiors or windows, and doesn't own a vacuum.Kris V.

This was the worst uhaul location I've ever seen in my life. It was on some random road in the middle of nowhere and when we tried to drop off the truck, they had a gate up and we had nowhere to leave it. Thanks for causing an already stressful day to be even more stressful.John A.

The location allowed pick up via mobile per the web site. I was called and told that the truck wouldn't be available until, 0900 that next morning. Ok, no sweat. When we arrived at 0900 the location was still closed. It opened at 0910. Following this, there was a near 1.5 hour wait to get the vehicle, which had water in the back of it. Furniture pads were on the floor and wet. Due to this, the help I had hired, I had to pay them both another 1.5 hours, totaling more that $150 on my end, and had to reschedule the help on the other end which cost $125. Ryno the owner did do all he could however was assisting several other customers at once. The lady who was supposed to be helping him was late and the root cause of the whole debacle.Garret M.
