CHARLIE RThis company was all you can ask for in making for a pleasant experience. The people were all very nice and helpful. They went over and above their duties by a long way. The owner actually gave me a ride home because uber could not get a driver to me after 6th attempt. I would absolutely recommend them. U-haul has never let me down and I have been using them for many decades when I had a need. I cannot say enough nice things about this location. They were so good to deal with that I even bought one of their shed type structures and it was delivered the following Monday. Also, a fantastic experience had. Thank you!!!!!

Christopher BWas given a reserved truck and was not informed until they called me and said they were going to report it stolen. So yea will never ever use uhaul again as long as I live. It was insane after one missed call, because we were moving obviously. But the next call I picked up they said they were putting a warrant for a stolen vehicle we had for less than 3 days. I hope uhaul bankrupts soon. They deserve it. Tell the next guy that comes in to leave and find something else that won't lie to you.
Hunter rRight front trailer tire was almost bald, and had a slow leak which need to be refilled every 200 miles.

RONALD GDropped truck off on a Sunday so just used the drop box and the U-haul app. Easy with no issues.
michael sScott was awesome, but your reps who were calling me from a 501 number were absolutely AWFUL. One said she was going to report the trailer stolen because I didn’t have time to stop working and walk all the way to the trailer and fill out paperwork over the phone. After telling me she didn’t even know what trailer I had. I don’t know what kind of training your people get but it clearly did not work. Again, Scott was great. None of this is a reflection of him. But your corporate rep sucked.
