The guy who I returned the vehicle to doesn’t speak English. I couldn’t understand what he wanted. I am concerned I’m gonna be charged for not filling up the vehicle even though I did. In fact, I filled it up at his gas station. But he didn’t seem to understand that.

Back of the truck had equipment from previous rental. I tried to use App to checkin, but had to get the keys from inside the store. The employee didn't understand the app and tried to do another reservation and cancel my original one. The app timed out and I could not take pictures. The fuel gauge was wrong on the contract. Could not get it corrected. Pickup took about 30 minutes longer than necessary. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Ian BIt took an hour to get the U-Haul because they didn’t know how to do it!! Very rude and there was no dolly in it like there was supposed to be. Never use this location again!!!
DANIEL VTruck had no heat and I wanted a utility dolly and one was none was in the u haul. Company did refund.

Amanda SThere was no furniture dolly. It was not the place I had set up to pick up the truck. And after dropping off truck at place I chose for drop off I received an email with a different expected drop. I had to call customer service to explain, the drop was closed and keys were in a drop box to closed business.
CONNIE MClerk did not speak understandable English and had no idea what to do. He had to call his boss and I had to talk to the boss on the phone.

nickolas lThe checkin process on the app took nearly an hour, we had issues on multiple steps including being stuck on the credit card screen for 15 minutes (would not process, we were on. 20 minute hold with a second department when it suddenly worked), and the furniture pads we paid for were not in the truck (the gas station gave us a refund for the pads, but were not able to process any, and we needed them for the furniture we were moving). We attempted to chat using the app to get assistance, but our messages were disappearing/not going through and we never got a response. We were on a tight schedule, and the delays and issues meant I was late for work. I was extremely frustrated. Also, this is the second time we have tried to use the app when dropping off a truck and it has not worked either time. The first time we actually had to drive several miles back to the location when we realized the return had not gone through.
Michael KAsked to rent a dozen moving blankets for $10 but they were not provided and marked as not present on the checkout. I was still charged for the blankets.
Eric BThe representative did a very poor job working through the rental process, and did not explain anything about the return procedure. More than anything, it seemed like I was a complete bother and inconvenience to him. I would not use this location again.
