Drop off was clear and easy to access

ROBERT DI requested online “Ash Street” , I was confirmed for “Olive St”. Upon arrival gentleman that was there appeared to be living at address. He was unable to find the set of keys to the reserved 15 ft truck. Offered a 20 ft that had an acceleration issue that almost caused my husband to drive into the building and fence behind facility. We were delayed and told that our original requested location had a truck for us. We believe we are entitled to your $50 refund policy. The Olive location should be investigated in my opinion. It operated at the lowest level of customer service. We were in the parking lot looking for lost keys! Please contact me soon to discuss this matter

KEVIN CIn terms of pick up and drop off the experience was good. However, when I arrived the truck had no fuel in it. I put $20 into the tank. Luckily that got me to and from my destination. The previous user left a fowl smell. The only way to describe it was that of a homeless person. There were multiple flies in the cab of the truck and bed of the truck. The dolly I ordered was not in the truck. The previous user must have had a dog in it because there was dog hair all over in the cab of the truck. It was evident that they attempted to clean it out though. When I turned the truck on, dog hair flew out from the vents. I had to keep the windows open to and from my destination just so I didn’t have to breath the air in the truck and try to flush out the flies. Recommendation for the rental agency: If you get a truck back in this condition, don’t rent it out. Choke on the loss and take the time to get it back to good condition for the next renter. It reflects on your service.

Cortney MI showed up shortly after they opened. The employee on shift didn’t know how to check in my equipment and I’d have to wait for the owner. Once owner showed up he quickly checked me out. Instructions to their location are bad on apps like Apple Maps.
Brent JLocation clean and inviting? Yes-ish. The location appeared tidy but the office was very dark. The young man who waited on me was helpful-ish. Appeared he wasn't very familiar with return process. Recommend-ish: Only game in town. Easy location, friendly enough folks, looked like variety of products available to rent.
MARY MI received a call saying I hadn't returned the trailer and it was late, when in fact I had returned the day before. I returned it to the very same spot I found it and the woman said she would have someone go look and see again like i was lying. I told to be sure and let me know what happened and of course no phone call back , because she would have to apologize for being wrong.

David FMy experience with SG Coastal was great. The young man that I worked with was extremely polite and went out of his way to help correct problems created by UHAUL. I used the UHAUL online reservation site to reserve a 15 foot truck and 3 dozen furniture pads. A couple of days prior to the pick up date I received a phone call from UHAUL telling me that my reservation had been changed to a smaller size truck even though the size I needed was still showing available on their web site. Being left no other choice or option, I agreed to try to make do with the smaller truck. I also verified that the 3 dozen furniture pads would be available when I picked up the truck. When I arrived at the scheduled day and time to pick up my rental equipment there were no pads at all. SG Coastal did locate the pads I needed at another location. Unfortunately I had to drive there to pick up the pads. Completely unacceptable customer service and follow through by UHAUL. While my experience with the dealer was great, UHAUL needs to take a hard look at their reservation system and customer service practices.

SCOTT HAvoid having to give information to the service provider that has already been input online. Have the average MPG for the particular truck readily available so I could easily calculate how much gas I needed to buy.
