How U-Haul Reviews WorkEmployee was hooking up the trailer as I was taking the pickup pictures and filling out trailer condition report for pickup. He has us test the hazards test then said "you're good to go" but he never tightened down the hitch and a block down the street the trailer jumped off my car and was sitting on thr ground in the middle of the road
