Show up on time and have some knowledge of what is required to rent vehicles out to the public. Your dealer cost me extra expenses due to their tardiness. Your customer service was equally inept to keep me as a future customer.

Peter CGot the truck and didn’t have gas, they dead that they returned me some of the money that isn’t true, had to go to a gas station and change the course even tho it wasn’t my fault, poor service, the guy was high, he barely spoke. Definitely ill not hire ever again after paying that much for 5 hours.
IVO G1- Invoice not clear. They charge fuel even if we fill the fuel. 2- the car was very dirty with plenty of dust inside.

JOSHUA GDropped off after hours. With that no opportunity to interact with staff. Challenge is I received a bill for gas when I left the vehicle with more gas than I received it. The experience with a rental and aggregate was sub optimal at best.

Jared RWas surprised that the gas tank was almost empty at pick up. It delayed me getting to my destination and it was hard to fit the 26 foot truck at the gas station.

Karen AI had booked the vehicle for 0900 on the 4th Jan. My plans were centered on that time. I arranged for a drop off in Smith Falls. I received the confirmation call on the 3rd and was told my pick-up location was changed and also the pick up time had changed. I asked for a change in drop off location from Smith Falls to Kemptville. that change increased my cost My issue is that I had to adjust my plans because of the changes the company made but was not recompensed financially, but I had to pay for my change. When I picked up the vehicle there was a 3/4 tank of gas, When I dropped off the vehicle I ensured there was 3/4 tank of gas. I was then billed for a top up of the last quarter of the tank which was fuel I did not use. That is what I consider theft. There is a regional rental company which I will investigate the next time I need a rental vehicle.

Aldrin SI only used the truck for 5 hours with 64km driving distance, and refilled the fuel to half tank and returned the truck without any damages at 7pm in the same day, but UHAUL charged me more than $190 for the rental, which was not reasonable, I would have to report to the Customer Service hotline for taking my money back, it was a negative experience.
KWOK CI just used the rental car for two hours but you charged me three days,why!!!?
abbas hThe pick up and check in was not smooth.in booking you entered all neccesary info inc.credit card.and upon pickup you have to do it all over again. The photo process is tedious and long.the lock box is ancient
Joseph BThe truck was old, and would shake horribly and make a ton of noise whenever we approached 100km/hr. Spent $200 in gas to drive less than 400 km. Tank was empty when I picked up the truck and none of the additional supplies I ordered and paid for were there. No one at the location answered the phone all day. I will never go to this location and may never use U-Haul again
THEODORE GLiteral scammers. Do NOT book here. Booked a cargo van, was not ready for pick up, and unable to process through the app. Used the van for 3 hours and returned. Unable to process through the app. I then see additional charges trying to process on my card. Call customer service, apparently I called the day my booking date to extend my use to 5 days. Thankfully U-Haul will investigate these shady franchises and I will be filling a police report for fraud. Cancel your bookings with them now.

Vahid Ait's not about location.. its about system uhaul . i should picked up my track 5 min by walk . in the evening I get a call from uhaul pickup location changed. I woke up 5:30am , had brakefas , called Uber and I was shocked..... 35 min drive , uber cost 35$. I should be there 6am . ofcourse I arrived 20 alnest at 7am. an app didn't work. I shoud call to uhaul, wait 20min , . long story short . I should had track at 6am , I get only 9am. I used of gas half of tank but uhaul took 75.05 $. I was late evry where. but uhaul don't care . I shouldn't paid for Uber. 40 km and 6 hours rent track I paid 269$ UHAUL, How would you rate yourself?
Victor PThe van was dirty inside/out. Van was parked at an auto body parking lot. So wasn’t cleanest environment. Previously I have rented vehicles that were in good condition and clean. The customer service was fine.
Sharon MThe transaction at SKN was handled by an employee of the U-Haul franchisee who was not well versed in the process. The franchisee tried to enter charges which I had declined during the online "onboarding process" and added another full day of use to the receipt for which I did not have the vehicle in my possession. It was fortunate that I chose to take pictures before and after pickup to prevent these fraudulent franchisees from making further money from this rental.

Daniel TI booked two dollies with the truck and trusted that you'd have those dollies at the time of pick up. You changed the pick-up location the day before and there was no dollies available for me at this pick up location. This is a huge inconvenience on a moving day. You push people to look for dollies that you promised to deliver. This is terrible customer service.
