Do Not recommend. No actual office/person on premises. All pick up and drop offs done remotely over the phone. Truck is filthy dirty in cabin and back. Gas is noted a quarter in documents when in reality it was half a quarter and low fuel light went ON as soon as I drove off. No washer fluid as I was trying to clean the dirty windshield. Unauthorized additional charges added to contract without authorization! Called Uhaul customer service and they confirmed that addition insurance was added by rep without authorization or consent and not even letting a customer know ahead of time just add extra fees without permission beware and check your invoice! I was sceptical of all negative and one star reviews but they are all true! Be careful with this Uhaul dealer as they are doing a shady business!
