I will say that the woman I spoke with on the phone for assistance was excellent!! she was helpful, professional, and the only positive part of this experience. Unfortunately, everything else was a major inconvenience. The truck I originally rented did not have the proper key setup, which forced me to switch to a smaller van. This significantly delayed my schedule and the van was not large enough to haul everything I needed. On top of that, the vehicle was dirty both inside and out. If you’re charging a $25 cleaning fee, the vehicle should be clean. I took photos beforehand and would like that fee refunded. Overall, this experience took far too long and completely disrupted my evening. The only reason this is not a lower rating is because of the excellent customer service from the representative I spoke with. Please do better U-Haul

Customer service who assisted me about my booking, I mentioned to him I need dolly, cart, pads and told me its all added, but when I picked up the truck, its not available.
Albert BShae is amazing! Great attitude & very attentive and caring. Parking lot muddy & numerous potholes, but they are a tenant at this location. Uhaul app needs a lot of improvement, extremely frustrating. First time using it expect next time would be better as I've experienced it's shortcomings.
Avram PThe key was not in the lock box. If I was in a rush I would've had a problem. I had to search the entire cab to find the key. Also the van was parked in the corner and there was a truck in front of me. Who would park it like that. Makes it impossible to get out.
