I would like to mentioned that the location were grate but my request was to have the pick up at Ste-Martine and the day before they called me to tell me that I had to go at Dollard Dès Ormeaux which for me was not the best It was much to fare.

Veuillez indiquer aux utilisateurs de votre site web que malgré le fait q'ils réservent une remorque, rien ne leur est garanti. J'ai du réorganiser mon trajet pour aller récupérer ma remorque. Les marche-pied (devant les ailes de la remorque) étaient ensevelis de sable. Un lavage régulier serait nécéssaire.

L'employée est vraiment super elle s'occupe très très des client elle est venu déneiger le camion au complet et tout expliquer elle m'a même offert un camion plus gros ce qui étais parfait et refait les papier donc service A1!!

It was closed ans the drop off for keys not easy to find. Plus, we were unable to do drop off with the app. AT least, everything was ok at the end.

The check i gine was on the perao ne in uhaul plug the machine and erase it and say it nothing after the vent of the gas was broken take me over 10 minute every time to fill the gas and the tire blow on the road make me lose 2 hour on a 44 hour trip
