No problem with the location at all. I picked up the vehicle while the business was closed (on Saturday) but I did speak to a lady at the location in question prior, and she was very courteous and accommodating. That said, I had to use the app to pick up the key from a locked container and the experience with the app and support left a lot to be desired. The app would not scan my driver's license and the person I chatted with did not help at all. I ended up calling and was placed on hold and was never answered. Finally, someone at your end did end up accepting a picture of the back of my license, but it took over 40 minutes of me waiting in a parking lot. I ended up being late with respect to my commitments regarding a move and that was NOT appreciated. There must be a better way through the app to pick up a vehicle. Status quo is not acceptable. I will not use this app again and will only deal with physical people from Uhaul, or deal with another company. As for the equipment, no complaints at all. Truck was what I had reserved, it was clean and there were no issues.
