KELLY KInternet can be spotty so I was unable to access the link to report existing damage to the vehicle. I called smoking guns and they suggested I take photos of existing damage in case it was needed upon return of the vehicle. It was not needed thankfully. Maybe include this option of taking photos when sending the text about documenting existing vehicle damage?
URSALA GVery helpful and professional in every way . However the central "Dispatch" were not that helpful and I had to call to make better arrangements for the drop off point ! The Lady on the phone however cleared this issue up very quickly indeed .

KAREN YWasnt made aware of "Extra charges" Having spoken to Ryan at UHaul and extended our return date because of BAD snow traveling through the Yukon and British columbia without snow tires nor Chains . This made the journey extremely stressful and DANGEROUS ! 4" of hard pack and ice do not make it easy at all . Then to be charged an extra $408 ish for a later return ! You guys need to be aware of extreme weather conditions . Also NOT being informed of the extra cost is extremely bad form . You would not have sent anyone out to recover myself or my family in Canada AT ALL !

alan zVan was parked, tire with hole and cord showing appeared to not be going to taken care of at this location either. Charged additional due to going to Wendell first to fill van and then to Challis. Better communication at Twin Falls end would have helped with that. Also no gas credit of any kind. Returned it with more than necessary. Policy should be full tank of gas at return and at pickup.

Wayne HMaking a reservation is a ridiculous exercise in futility. Nothing is promised or guaranteed. We reserved a trailer many weeks in advance but it was not at the dealer when we were to pick it up. We had to drive 100 miles round trip to get a trailer. Why did we reserve anything? It means nothing. You gave us an extra day for the trouble. That means nothing as well. We didn't need a day. We needed our trailer to be at our local pick up spot at the time for which we reserved it! Don't call it a reservation!
