I didn't talk to anyone. I just put the key into the box and the parking was an issue. I had to park in a spot that was marked for another business. And I wasn't sure were to park.

If needed a truck after hours then yes I would recommend but the service was very slow and I was charged a after hours fee that was never mentioned to me. I did 24 hour rental which was paying for 2 days already but only had truck 9 hours then was charged after hours fee so rental cost $137. That's expensive

I have rented this trucks for many years and I have never been in vehicle this disgusting it stunk it was absolutely filthy inside and out sticky shit everything allover the steering wheel and the console the seats the front windshield had shoe prints on the inside I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RENT A TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! And won't recommend this location to anyone for anything worst experience I've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!,

Have mobile pickup as promised. We were told mobile pickup at 8am and get there and no mobile pickup. Then uhaul tells us 10am and we come back and the place had been open since 9am. Then we had to pay cash because the systems were down

I went the day before mutt reservation to make sure i had a reservation because i never heard our this store and i wanted to make sure everything was accepted. The elder that was working was VERY nasty and dude when i asked him about mutt reservation. The next day when i went to get the truck at 10:00. They wee not even open!!! When the gentleman got there he acct like nothing was wrong and he was on time. There was another customer there to return a truck her told him to go record his millage. A lady came in and he waited on her like i want even there. I was Very dissatisfied with this location!!!

I trusted you with my moving needs but you let me down. Reserved a 26 foot box truck and appliance dolly for 2/1 @ 930am.. truck got rented out before 930am and I was rescheduled for a 230pm pickup. When I arrived the store only had one person working and he was processing multiple money orders and bill pays cutting into my move time even more. Then he didn't have appliance dolly. Now I have to pay again for another truck with a dolly to get the rest of my belongings. It was terrible. I also had to keep the truck for multiple days since I got it so late in the day. Worst experience ever! My help had to leave and we are all very sore since no dolly. Horrible!!!

This location didn't offer assistance in hooking the trailer to our truck or even walk outside to see what we were hauling their trailer with. We had to drive to the back of the building to hook up the trailer ourselves. Obviously, no pre-inspection of our hitch or safety inspection was done to make sure we were hooked up correctly & safely. Thank God my husband was there to hook it up or I wouldn't have had a clue what to do. We finally managed to pull it out of there with our ELECTRIC GOLF CART, for all they knew or cared. Wouldnt use this place again or recommend it. Luckily, we live 5 states away and won't need to.

Ramp wouldn't go back in the truck so we took it off and put in back of truck.. the guy who ran the place I got it was rude and hateful and definitely not understanding of me having to extend my rental.. it is showing that I owe a balance but I have paid almost 400 dollars and my rental was 5 hundred and something but it's only showing I've paid 180.00. I wouldn't recommend this place

When the uhaul was returned I argued with the man for 45 minutes about the fact that the rental fee was taken out of my account every day that i had it extra and he was still saying I owed $200. I was charge not only for the rental fee for the extra days but i was also charged for 90 miles when i onlt drove 39.9 miles. I will never rent anorher uhaul from thia location ever again.

I find it odd that your review questions are only about the locations to pick up and drop off rental equipment. You ask no questions about the actual service provided by UHaul and I think I now know why. While these locations were OK, the performance by the reservation system and the fact that I did not get the equipment that I ordered and incurred additional expenses as a result is actually very deceptive. Worse, UHaul is not willing to allow any compensation for these deceptive practices. There is no way I could recommend anyone use your company. As a matter of fact, I will be sure to spread the word and will start with my credit card company!

Upon signing contract we were told if we didn't use the mileage estimated or went over our cost in any way accidentally that we would be refunded our money. Time comes to return our truck and the person now refuses to refund us the difference! Ended up having to contact corporate to get the difference refunded to us. I thought the fella was nice at first but when it came time to return the vehicle he was very short and rude and lied right to my face. I liked the overall uhaul experience but I personally won't use this location again.

I was over charged $209!! Guy had no clue what he was doing and didn't complete my transaction until after I left when he told me he had to wait for his manager! When I called UHaul from the web site I was told I had to wait until tomorrow and go back and have them fix it! Tuesday is Christmas and my oldest sons Birthday! I need my money! The guy had no clue what he was doing and it was obvious!

This was very inconvenient my time frame at 10 a.m. NO TRUCK the vehicle wasn't back yet waited outside for 30 minutes still no show after numerous or calls to customer I finally told the representative for just call me when a vehicle comes back I was not conversated for any inconvenience at all I use the vehicle in less than an hour was tolls going to get an email then get an email stating if I'm getting any kind of money back or anyting very unprofessional.

Your man Leo at the pickup location was a pleasure to meet and work with. He exhibited the kind of service I didn't think still existed anymore. Not only did he pick me up from the airport(!!!) he called me a couple of times during my cross-country trip just to make sure things were going well. This is the kind of above and beyond service I was taught to give people as I child and have rarely seen since in these corporate profit-above-all days. Great Job, Leo & U-Haul. By the way, the equipment was excellent!

I can't believe my experience at 82nd and Holgate in Portland, Or. First I had to endure the employee handle another customer in which I should not have been subjected to. If that is how the employee treats other customers, how is he treating me? The truck left an oil puddle in the driveway. When I was filling out the paper work and it said that if I didn't bring back the truck full, I would be subjected to a $30 fee + $3.50 per gallon. I was told the tank was "full". I spent $26 on gas to fill the tank. My total trip mileage was 16 miles. That is ridiculous. I was told I would get a call from the regional manager and got nothing. I can't see myself using this service again. Jim
