It’s ridiculous to pay $1.15 per mile to move. It ate all the money I had to pay to rent it! $205 for 24 hours smh never again

I will never understand how I used that truck for a little over 7 hours, the storage facility was probably or maybe 5 miles and made a total of 3 trips, and that costs me 145 dollars??? I was told one thing over the phone and something different when I got there. The gentleman behind the counter told me we would tally everything when I was done, yet I had to wait on a email? 29.99 for 24 hours- I used it for a total 7-8 hours, 15 dollars for insurance, 10 dollars for the dolly and 1 dollar per mile- if you add that up, how in the world could that come up to 145 dollars?

The truck was very dirty with mud and food on floor of cabin. The gas hand was wrong , we more gas than what we began and we were charged 13.50 for gas. Very disappointed. I have used uhaul many times now I have to consider a different company.

This is the only location that charges for 100 miles up front and when I told the guy at the counter that he was the only one that does that he in return tell me that I can go somewhere else.

They ARRESTED ME! We tried several times to explain the time we needed the truck for, between their wifi in the store not working, the complete inability of the guy behind the counter to speak English and the despicable condition of the truck, we were relieved to just to get away from the store and on about our business, at no time did anyone contact us about a problem with what we thought our contract terms said, true we did not pay any attention to it after we left, we we were moving and life was full on...mut was the HOLIDAYS for Christ sake! We thought we were good for 30 day rental, no problem ....but nope....these dudes report us stolen after 9 days...wtf!!! This is definitely going on Yelp, YouTube and anywhere else we can find ...not one email from Uhaul either!?!?! Wtf y'all....this is some racket you got here...very good angle....but pretty dang rotten...

Picking up the truck was a bit negative at first because the inside was very dirty and the ignition was almost totally ripped out. Other than that the help that we had gotten was awesome considering the fact that we had to hold the truck for a few more days and it wasn't held against us even though we had to pay the same amount it was our fault and it could have been a lot worse on it. The one who we rented it from was a very positive man and very helpful also definitely we would recommend that

My reservation was originally scheduled at 2700 Dixie Highway. This the absolute worst location! They failed to put my keys in the U-Haul so I was unable to pick up my truck at the time I reserved, at 8am. I had to wait until business hours. They were scheduled to open at 10am. I waited until 1020am along with three others and no one came! However, after finally transferring the reservation to crums lane, everything went much smoother.

If this is the Crums lane location. I had rented at the high view hardware store earlier. When I got there the store was closed. I had three people show up to help me move and store closed and no notice. I found a store on crums lane that had a truck but it cost me an additional 40 dollars because I had to drive so far out to pick it up. Terrible way to do business. The extra money was not budgeted.

The truck was very unstable! It needs a wheel alignment. The steering wheel kept pulling to one side. The transmission kept slipping gears! I mean how is this vehicle even still safe to be running. I almost lost control due to the vehicle slipping gears and going around a curb on a hill. The air conditioner was not blowing out cold air just cooler air it wasn’t cold at all. Out of all of the Uhaul trucks I have used, this has got to be the worst besides the location on Dixie hwy! The store was very stinky and dirty I mean I couldn’t wait to get out of there. The customers hygiene was really bad.

The mirror on the drivers side was broken, you couldn’t see out of it while driving it. Not a good parking lot for uhuals because of how small it was, and the usual drove horrible on the highway. It shakes really bad , and has way too much mileage on it.

The men were very nice. The truck has issues. Two lights were on constantly The air conditioner blew hot air. The latch in the back would not engage properly. I had to take a hammer to get it to close. The gas tank had less than a quarter. I bought gas out of fear the truck would run out. When staring up there and driving a short distance there would be a chime three times. The truck needs servicing!

I had a whole flat tire. I get a ride back to the location because nobody at the store would answer the phone. The owner of the store told me to add some air in the truck and the at would fix the problem. I told him I did his reply was to call customer service. I asked him what’s the number so I can call his reply was the store number to his store ! I told him I have called this number seven times and it’s the stores number. He told me to google the number and add more air. I found a number contact customer service they had someone change the tire in 2 hours. I called back asking could I be replaced the money that I paid for the bad customer service. The customer service lady told me a manager would call me right back in which nobody has to the moment. Very upset and would not put this stress on anyone on how my day was.

someone used my credit card to pay for a truck. How do you rent a truck to someone that is using someone elses credit card? And Uhaul doesnt care. They still took my money..they wont give it back,, and then they charged me another $500.. WTF. Customer service sucks. I have called, waited on hold, waited for a call back..then waited on hold some more..Useless

This location needs no improvement. It was open on Sunday. It was easy to find. No hassel renting it. Got our moving done. Took it back and it was great. There was a very nice gentleman that took care of us. I didnt get his name. Very pleased. Will go back if I need another rental. Thank you!

The equipment and location was fine. It was the actual UHaul company. I did parking lot pick up and it took 45 minutes to do and the premise was for it to be faster than going in...I had concerns about paying twice and it took 3 chats to get a semi straight answer on it and im still confused as well as broke. Im thinking i should have went ahead and got a POD
