The mileage was wrong when we went to check out. It was approximately double what we used. We got charged way to much.

We luckily knew how to put on the trailer as the guy helping us had someone on FaceTime walking him through what to do. Also, I think the should be trained how to put a car on the trailer, as a costumer who has never done that, I felt stressed about the safety of our car because we had to watch a YouTube video on how to do it.
Alana WMy pickup address was Millar ave and i was asked to pickup vehicle from 120 Apex st, which was far away from my previous residence.
MAYURKUMAR MI arrived to pick up my truck and attempted to check in online, the agent needed me to confirm the keys were in the lock box before we could proceed. He did not understand what i was asking, had to call his boss and did not understand they rented out u haul trucks. After wasting close to 30 minutes trying to checkout the truck I started it only to find the engine light is on and the service airbag light is on, at this point i do not have time to deal with the location as they are completely useless and i had to move because you only allow 24hr rental on the first and we had until 12:30 pm to be out. The truck runs like crap snd misfires badly, it pulls to the left … straight into oncoming traffic and has no operational air bags. The fuel economy was absolute crap due to the condition of the vehicle and I definitely overpaid for fuel. Good thing i am a journeyman automotive technician so i could keep your unsafe ill maintained equipment on the road but this is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL.

Ramandeep KI dropped the vehicle off after hours using the drop box. I didn’t not interact with anyone or go inside the location. There was plenty of parking spaces and a well marked drop box for the return.

Jarrid PPlease ensure inside of trucks are cleaned after use and inspected. Add on Equipment as reserved and Confirmed are available on pickup. However, excellent customer service by the staff on duty.

Omar ESecondary location in another business. Did not inform me of anything just looked at truck and then said goodbye. No idea what more I owed for millage or or if I had a credit. I was left not knowing.
Murray GThe employee seemed a little unsure of the transaction process, but this will improve with practice. Also important is that some clients who do not drive may want to rent the vehicle & pay, but not drive. This would be a good option to add. Otherwise, a great experience!!

Meghan MFirst, this was not my original booking location. I was forced to go to this location because the truck at the original one had a flat tire, which I found out an hour and a half after my scheduled pick up time. The new location they gave me was all the way on the other side of the city where I lived. The only person working was a new employee who did not know how to rent the truck our. We were waiting for almost two hours to get the truck, even though I had completed the check in the previous day. By the time we actually finished we only got the truck and the rest of the moving equipment I had ordered was missing.
