We'll start off by saying that I was double booked. I was originally told that the truck would be back for 10:30. My pickup was at 11:00. The lady before me then proceeds to show that her booking was until 11:15 so I was double booked now putting me behind by about an hour and then on top of that the gentleman who served me at this location was incredibly rude to me. I have never been treated this way with this company in my life. I am so incredibly mad at this situation. This should not have happened. Whoever made these bookings and double booked needs some better training or something because what happened today has never happened to me before and I understand that s*** happens. But I am completely appalled by my experience today and I feel like I should be fully compensated for what has happened

Dealer was not very fluent in English which made extremely difficult to communicate to explain rental agreement. Had to wait 45 minutes to rent truck as supposedly the site was down. When I returned the truck I had to search and call out all through the business to try and get service, when I gave him the key he said he would check the truck in later and uhaul would email me a receipt. I told him that was unacceptable and I wanted him finalize the rental agreement while I was present, he then reluctantly checked the truck in.

Ronald JTruck was clean but tires needed to be changed. Got stuck 2 times in 2 inches of packed snow. (By a curb) Sunk in when I stopped on it and then was stuck spinning the tires. Took 1/2 hour both times to get out after shovelling and rocking back and forth. Tires were very poor/bald.
