I used this storage facility since 2019. I never had any issues. My stored items were always well kept. The facility is very clean, even the bathroom. The only small problem was the parking. There were a few times I could not find a space. Thank you Mike and your staff for great service!

My experience was horrible! I requested to speak to a manager about a refund and did not get a return call back about my horrible experience! Never will I rent from Uhaul again!

I have already submitted recognition via the dealer’s company website. Our circumstances for renting was dire. We were stranded out of country with a travel trailer, two kids and a dead truck. No one would rent to us one-way or less than SEVERAL hundred to over $2,000 in one instance. We met this particular dealer looking for storage to abandon the trailer to get home but hearing out story he created a better plan via his uhaul services and got us home! The $2,000 quote was a previous unhelpful uhaul. This location had an employee who we now call our hero! A++ !

He explained the benefits of their various truck sizes, from the 10' truck suitable for apartment moves to the 26' truck that could accommodate a 4-bedroom house. Mike also introduced me to Uhaul's self-storage facilities, perfect for storing items that I didn't need immediately. He mentioned the 24/7 access to the storage units, climate control to protect valuable items, and the high level of security in place to ensure the safety of my belongings. The rental process was seamless, thanks to Uhaul's online reservation system. I could easily check the availability of trucks and make a booking right from the comfort of my home. The rates were transparent, with no hidden charges, making it easy to budget my move. When the moving day arrived, Mike was there to assist. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Mike gave a brief on how to operate the truck safely, emphasizing the importance of using the right packing supplies for securing the items. After the move, I used the Uhaul storage facility. The storage units were clean, well-lit, and easy to access. Mike helped me choose the right size unit for my storage needs. All in all, my Uhaul truck rental and storage experience were top-notch, thanks to their high-quality service and Mike's exceptional customer service. I would recommend Uhaul to anyone in need of moving and storage solutions.

Please do not offer me every single item that you guys own. It’s stressful when trying to purchase one thing and 50 different options come up after I’ve selected what I’ve wanted. App is a little much when it comes to reservations online. Simply your add ons options.

I was at this office for about 5 years, and I was between jobs at the COVID-19 area came, I Lost my insurance for my time, and the facility has a bad pipe in my area, and it destroyed My items , but they are good to keep it, but I didn't have a insurance on My items and I take the loss. The moral of the story, keep insurance.

I had difficulty contacting the store directly. The number listed on the website only connects you to the corporate offices. After several calls to that number someone finally gave me the correct DIRECT number to the store. That was very frustrating.

Agent was great. Nice. Professional. Efficient. Understanding. She even welcomed us when we returned the truck! It would be nice to get a small credit for returning the truck with more gas than when we checked it out. Maybe something like “premium points” or actual money back.

One of the AC vent was not working. There were 2 nails popped out in the truck at the backside and I got hurt at my back when I was shifting my luggage into the truck. I filed a claim yesterday and working with repwest insurance company on the same.

Customer service is a joke, my bill is still not resolved after 5 days. although the reps I spoke to were professional, it's not resolved. I returned the truck the same day, but the rep says it shows I still have the truck. I can't get anyone to fix it. I'm very disappointed.

There was a question / conflict with the mileage recorded for my trip versus what was recorded for the truck before I rented it. Staff took the time to determine the actual cause of the error and I was never at risk of an over-charge. Helpful and friendly - will use this location again if I need to.

I was misinformed on where I could return the rental. The associate told me I could return the truck Fort St location which is closest to where I moved and when I got there they tried to double charge me for returning it there. It was a big inconvenience to have to bring it back to 8 mi from Southwest Detroit

The facility to be very clean and the staff friendly and attentive. My only concern is the lighting. Our unit is a bit tucked and lights did not come on automatically. They had to be turned on.
