Everything about this location was fine. But they changed our drop off location from the place I selected in Crump, TN. She told me she would set it up so we could drop it off wherever we chose to, but some how set it to another location in Savannah, TN. So this meant we drove to Crump, only to find out we couldn't return it there. So then we had to drive back to Savannah. Not only was this inconvenient, but my mother in law had to watch our son for twice as long as we had told her.DEREK R.
This was the second time I showed up to this location to drop off my trailer. A woman came running out of the building as my husband was backing the trailer into a parking spot, telling us that we would be charged extra because we weren't schedule to drop it off at this location, I have rented u haul trailers many times and never have I had anyone try to convince me I couldn't drop it off where ever i needed to. This same lady sent me to a different place last week, because I had never had anyone tell me I would be charged extra for dropping equipment off, I took it elsewhere. But I spoke with the very friendly and helpful lady at the place where I pick up and she assured me I could drop equipment at any u haul location. So I insisted on leaving it there this time. Obviously no "extra fees" were charged. I am not sure why, but these smaller locations are not given as a drop off option when making a reservation on line. Even when I put in the zip code for these locations, it doesn't give them as an option for drop off. Anyway. I wish I would have gotten the lady's name who was so rude and obviously didn't wanna do whatever is supposed to be done to deal with a trailer. 2 different times she was absolutely ridiculous telling me I would be charged extra because it's not scheduled to drop at this location, when the place I picked up from said the drop off location would be left blank and I could drop it where I want. As long as I need to rent a trailer for this move, I will continue to return them at this location so she needs to calm down.Jody S.

The equipment was returned on the same day at 9pm on Friday and when I saw my bill on Monday they charged me $20 extra for â€œ after hours service feeâ€. Stay away from this place !!!PETER B.

The facility should provide a secure drop off method before 9:00 am office opening time and/or weekends, and the website should provide information on such service. Most of your customers go to work well before 9:00 am during weekdays.CHARLES H.

Your check in after hours is not customer friendly. My iPhone browser would not ID location. I called your call for help number with no remedy. Agent was to leave note I called. This did not happen. If I am charged the fee I will decline payment until this is removed. I spent 45 minutes trying to use your process. Fix it! I'm sure I'm not the only customer that has had this problem. NHAROLD S.
We had issues with our truck, there was no heat, the check enginel light was on and it had not been cleaned or sanitized because the truck had the previous renters paperwork still inside the cab. We called to relay info, was told Michael Carter, the Area Field Manager, would resolve our issues in 3 days. It has now been 5 days and we still have not heard from him. Rebecca Sexton sent the email saying our file was #3047805. I emailed her today about not hearing from Michael Carter and she has not replied. Does not make me want to rent from Uhaul again, and not from this location.PHILIP R.
Make sure customers are aware they need pigtail extensions for tow dollies. We were not aware and was at wal mart at 11:00 pm trying to get proper cables. When we clearly should have been on the road. Putting us way behind.BRANDY P.

U-Haul and this location agreed to take the trailer with no up-charge when I realized how close it was to where we had moved stuff. Our initial drop off location assignment would have cost us 45 mins extra driving - the UHaul system to call for drop-off help and the new drop location were both great.William H.

The truck vibrates and shook horribly during my trip. So bad was the shaking that I could not use either mirror - this is a safety concern. I believe one or more of the tires need to be balanced. I have used U-Haul trucks many times so I know what is normal, this truck is not normal!Mark R.

I reserved a 17 ft on Saturday the 26 for 10/30/19 to be picked up on South Parkway reservation # 80144484 and when I called on the morning of the 30th they informed me they did not have a 17 ft but they were giving me a 20 ft at the same price.The event I was participating in did not allow a 20 ft inside the building.This put me in a precarious situation so I called Uhaul.com to find me a 17 ft but they did not have one in Huntsville all they had was a 15 ft which I had to take because I didn't have a choice and I could not get all my mdse on a 15 ft.The reason I made a reservation was to make sure I got what I wanted so I feel like you dropped the ball!!!Amy W.

The truck was not cleaned when we got it. The windows were dirty, the cargo space was even dirty. The truck also has issues. Brakes are a big concern and the steering of the truck was horrible.Daniel F.
The after-hours check-in app would not work for the Android. I suggest that the software techs stand in the hot sun and try to take a photo with a Galaxy phone/Android version 5.1.1 after creating an account on the phone. After 20 minutes of frustration because the app screws up the camera, call the support line, wait 20 minutes for someone to pick up, then hear them offer to send you the instructions and explain they can offer no other assistance. Then throw the envelope through the door and get charged for an extra day,Michael C K.
