I returned a truck here that I rented in another state. When I walked in I was barely greeted for starters. Then Heather came out to inspect the vehicle to make sure it was clean and had the correct amount of gas. She then claimed that I had not replaced the gas and had to pay $23.97 for the gas that I didn’t replace. I informed her that was incorrect and suggested that she look up my account so that she could compare the pictures that were taken at the time of renting. She took me back inside and claimed to look up my account. She said she saw all of the other pictures I had taken, but there was not a picture depicting the gas. I questioned this because how did all the other photos come up but this specific one is the only one that you don’t see. Heather never asked for my name or information. She started asking me all kinds of questions in a rude condescending manner as if I was trying to get over on paying. She then states that I need to pay because it wouldn’t be fair for the next customer. I told her to have customer service reach out to me because I know for a fact that I replaced the gas. Her response was “You have to reach out to customer service”. Well come to find out instead of her doing her job and asking me the proper questions to identify me, she looked up someone else’s account and confused me with them! She realized she had messed up big time and that’s when she decided to call and let me know that I was in fact correct and did not owe anything. Instead of her asking for my name and information to correctly identify me she assumed I was someone else. Her attitude was negative from the time that I walked in. I selected to return the key using the drop box so I simply said, “I didn’t see a drop box so I came inside” only to let them know why I didn’t use the drop box. Her response was sarcastic “Well we’re right here you can just give it to us.” As if I were still asking for the drop box location. That’s what started the negative interaction and she just escalated her attitude from there. The manager Dana Sprouse was supposed to give me a call and still hasn’t. She’s had my information since 4/3/26. I knew that they wouldn’t do anything about this blatant disrespect so here’s a review for those who care about being treated fairly and with respect. No matter what you look like! UPDATE: I just called to follow up with Dana and Heather refused to give me any contact information on her. Now Heather is also a manager of the location. Although that day Lori told me that she was the manager. Bottom line I know they aren’t going to do anything to Heather but hopefully Heather gets some proper training on how to treat customers. Needless to say I will never rent nor drop off at this location again.

BRIAN FThe ladies at the front desk are liars and abusive to customers in order to not work. Even though U-Haul allows a person to add an authorized driver they forced me to remove this and changed my method of payment on file with the reservation. Then provided me with the shittiest U-Haul I’ve ever seen. It didn’t even have a gas cap which caused me greater fuel consumption on my trip. The interior was dirty and unclean with lighters left from the last smoking customer. Also, the main location I went too refused to offer me a one way even though I booked it in the app because they were more concerned about losing a vehicle in their fleet so they wasted my time sending me to an even shittier location. But the regional manager Dana is polite. Misinformation is not a business. It creates delusion and anxiety for customers and after 20 years using U-Haul. I am no longer a customer

ELTON SThe location is excellent. The equipment is well maintained. Iwould recommend this location The people do an excellent job to serve their customers. I was disappointed with U-Haul itself. I have rented at different location thru the year and have cone to expect certain things. The unit is not equipped with a ramp or lowering air bags making loading more difficult. There is no light inside the unit for lighting the loading area. I expect a ramp There is no place that states this item is not included. The lighting in the unit is not expressly covered on your website. People who haven't rented before but have seem your TV commercials would think ramps are included. People who rental the larger units might assume they are in all unit as I did. Luckily I had lights I could use from car emergency kit. Hope you find this review helpful

SKYLA TOnly drove 23 miles. Put 2 gallons of gas into the 15' truck right before being returned. Showed the gas receipt. Was charged nearly $20 additional fee because of the gas gauge. That's uhaul software problem not the location.
WILLIAM WThis was my third time using this location. This time, the truck ran rough compared to the others, not their fault, but I was charged for fuel. The truck wasn’t full when I picked it up and I filled it as close as I could to the same level. I was disappointed to see that charge. The star was very helpful in booking the rental.

I was forced to wait until they opened to pick up my equipment. EPIC FAIL on my reservation time. I had 8 people standing around for an hour waiting on U-Haul’s screw up!!!

FELICHA HThe staff was okay talking on the phone. The truck was not clean when I picked up, uhaul left junk in the cab, the floors where dirty and was only partially fueled. It shouldnt be my job to play a guessing game with how much fuel to add when returning. Also the steering wheel shook when braking, and there was a soft spot on the floor in the bed/box. The location also didn't provide the dolly I ordered. I will keep using uhaul but I will not use this location again.

I was charged for 4 day due to a 1 way active-duty military move, only had the u-haul 2 days and was still penalized for the whole 4 days. Uprooting our lives is already complicated, we shouldn't be ripped off in the process!
