The ladies in the office were so nice and super fast got us in and out and on our way. This place also has some of the cleanest self storage units I have ever seen! We relocate every few years due to work so we encounter more rental and storage facilities than most and this place is top notch all the way around!

The U-Haul was so disgusting my bed and box spring is stained black on one side!!! They could have at least swept it out. There was some type of rust on the floor as well.

Have a a backup method for returning the equipment. I returned the equipment during business hours but the location was closed (it was a Sunday I get it ). But U-Haul.com was down, the app didn't work, the 800 number didn't work, and the numbers to the individual U-Haul locations were not working. U-Haul did the right thing and didn't charge me a late fee but it was stressful.

Staff was rude. Tried to lie and say I ran into her knee after steadily making fun of my backing up skills. And was close enough and thought instead of risking damaging everything lifting it to put it on the ball and she tried to act like I pushed it into her knee. Which was a heavy over statement. More like she leaned toward it yelling at me to stop. And I hadn't even moved it yet. And then continued to make fun of my driving skills upon drop off of the equipment used

The “manager” lady is a surly woman, abrupt to to point of rudeness. I had come to the facility, with my son. We attempted to attach the trailer to the truck that would pull it, and the same woman stated (quote). “You wanna get outta the way, and let me do that?” Our attempt at kindness was met with a very unprofessional attitude and rude deportment. While she was hooking it up, she determined that the wire harness had an abrasion on it. She sent the other employee to the next trailer to scavenge one from it. To our surprise, while the brake lights worked, and turn signals worked, the next morning, (4:00 am), we find out the taillights DIDN'T work. We mentioned that after returning your equipment (1305 was the number on the trailer), and she said “don't worry about it”. The defective lights caused us to have to run close behind to make the reflectors look like taillights I'll use Ryder next time.

we rented the uhaul for a few hours. it wouldnt even crank. we ended up having to get a smaller one which cost more and took us double time to move. the customer service rep had a bad attitude and just really didnt seem to care

I took pic of gas gauge and mileage before I left. I put gas back in and put considerably more gas in than there was when I got in. Employee tried to tell me it wasn't filled to half. I showed the pics. Somehow my problem they didn't pre trip vehicle to know it wasn't at half when I got it. I was there first thing. No one else had rented it that day. Employee said their first day back.

Got over charger and swindled busy uhaul for the last time. There is no customer service and they get over on u. I will never use uhaul again.

This review is about uhaul and not the people I dealt with at the pick up location. Uhaul in general has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. Uhaul makes your order fit for what's more convenient for them not you. My order was scheduled to be picked up close by my house so I didn't have to travel thus adding more miles, that I have to pay for , to my trip. The day of my move I got a notification that uhaul moved my pickup location to a completely different area. I didn't have time to call or re-arrange. This added 20 miles to my total trip count which costed me an additional $20. The location I was originally supposed to pick the uhaul up from was great to work with and even told me they would offer me a discount bc they didn't have the truck I wanted. Of course when uhaul switched my pickup location the people at the new location had no idea what I was talking about and wouldn't give me a discounted rate. All in all uhaul made my move SO much more of a headache. Next time I move I will make sure that I don't have to use this company.
