The trailer door was stuck open. I had to make 2 extra trips because we could not fully load it with the door stuck open. I’ve been renting from y’all for 40+ years and I have never had a problem like this. Really sad!!! It’s a shame you do not have a competitor because U-Haul is not as good as it was before.
