Canceled my reservation, because I was late. Charged me for insurance even though I declined coverage. Refused to honor the 10% discount I had on the reservation they canceled. Overall unhelpful and did not listen to my request.

MATTHEW JI reserved the truck for 8am. It was not ready. I had people waiting to help me at my storage unit. The place did not open until 9am. I was forced to wait until they opened to pick up my equipment. EPIC FAIL on my reservation time. I had 8 people standing around for an hour waiting on U-Haul’s screw up!!!
JAMES DThe staff was very helpful with our move and got all the paperwork in order so it was a quick transition. The place has some hills for the big trucks, but otherwise very easy to navigate and use. The storage unit was very clean and move in ready. I would recommend.

FELICHA HThe staff was okay talking on the phone. The truck was not clean when I picked up, uhaul left junk in the cab, the floors where dirty and was only partially fueled. It shouldnt be my job to play a guessing game with how much fuel to add when returning. Also the steering wheel shook when braking, and there was a soft spot on the floor in the bed/box. The location also didn't provide the dolly I ordered. I will keep using uhaul but I will not use this location again.

I was charged for 4 day due to a 1 way active-duty military move, only had the u-haul 2 days and was still penalized for the whole 4 days. Uprooting our lives is already complicated, we shouldn't be ripped off in the process!
SHA-DAVKIA BBest experience I have ever had with U-Haul. They were extremely professional and you can tell they love their jobs as well as helping out customers. Just a great place to go. I will be back.
scott eWhen I initially went to pick up the trailer I inspected it and voiced my concerns about 2 severely damaged rims. The lady refused have them replaced or get a new trailer. On my trip the next morning within 20 miles From the uhaul dealership the said tires exploded while I was driving

Joe BThe truck had a tire with low air pressure, the air conditioner did NOT work, radiator overheated it had NO WATER, I called road side assistance but we told her we were adding water and would try to make it to the drop off point. When I arrived to check in the truck I tried to pay cash (because I always have when renting a U-Haul) but was told by the employee they don’t take cash! How stupid! At least put up a sign telling customers this. I will never rent from this location again! This was the most horrible experience yet I have experienced when renting from u-haul

I didn't see any after hour's number's to call or to leave a message. But the drop off area was accessible and easy to park the trailer in. Thank you for a nice looking business.

Sean JThe AC in the truck did not work. This is south MS in June- it was extremely hot outside. Seal around the windshield was also in need of repair. Staff member at this location was rude.
Erin JTERRIBLE CYSTOMER SERVICE. ALREADY CALLWD TO COMPLAIN.,Returned trailer at around 4:35 on June 13 only to be told that They don't check in trailers after 4:30. Said that she needed the next hour to "get the real business done." Also a storage facility so guessing u-haul not a priority. No sign on the door stating a cut off time. Lady was rude and obviously hates her job. I'm in my early 60's and count this as one of top rude customer service experiences I've had to deal with.
Deb MThis location has good customer service over the phone and was helpful with setting up the reservation. I asked a few basic questions about connecting a trailer and had to do the research myself and go to an outside source for the items necessary. I found this to be a common theme amongst many of the places U-Haul lists as authorized dealers, as far as not having the supplies ready for purchase (variety of hitches, lack of basic equipment knowledge). If I decide to rent again, it will be through the actual U-Haul store. The problem with the U-Haul store in my area is that it’s in a small and high traffic area. Also the installers usually try to find extra and unnecessary items to sell to customers.

Jared CDriver side trailer brake lights were not working when I picked it up. The rental person that assisted me told me I could take it up the road to an actual uhaul establishment and they would fix it on the spot. When I went to the Uhaul establishment to get the lights repaired, the gentleman that helped me said I should’ve never left the other location and that they couldn’t help me.
