If you have “appliance” dolly on your reservation then give the customer one or offer him/her a discount. Don’t argue that it’s not on the reservation. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced with UHAUL and I’ve used them for decades.

Awaiting a call from management already. The truck was not available at the location originally selected. The employee then changed the location (which I gave him) not realizing or advised I would then also have to return to that location as it is an hour from my new home and very inconvenient to drive an hour there and an hour back and then for a friend to then drive another hour home.

Had to drop the transport trailer early before they opened. Followed the directions sent in my email concerning the drop off. Worked ok except my iPad would not take the pictures they requested. Probably some setting on my iPad but didn’t have time to continue trying.

Had to wait for road side assistance for almost 2hrs because my truck wouldn't crank. And I didn't get a discount or nothing for that. Definitely not happy about that.

There was a lock on the vehicle that prevented entry. Had yo purchase bolt cutters to remove it so I could you the truck. Tank was suppose to be full but added to 4.5 gals of fuel after only 12 miles! Was charged a ridiculous amount for being over the miles.

I turned the truck in early after hours and returned via the website. However, the location does not have a readily identifiable key drop off. When I returned the following day the employee showed me the key drop off but it is hard to tell what it is and it doesn't remotely resemble the U-Haul orange drop off box.

The lady at the counter was amazing. She answered all of my questions and helped me a great deal since I also needed a storage unit. She immediately got some cleaning supplies when I told her the truck smelled bad. Otherwise everything else went well.

Make the key drop box more visible. We spent a half hour looking for it and called customer service. There was no orange uhaul box like the app said.

Mark the key drop off slot; it wasn't a large orange box as with most uhaul centers, the slot is a flap on the front door. Mark with a sign or paint the flap on door the bright orange.
