Slow. Had to walk through the whole online order again in person. The clerk ended up choosing a different drop off location than the one I chose online, which was out of the way. I ordered a few dozen blankets with my rental well in advance, the store had 4 blankets available. Luckily the truck had a few more blankets, so no was able to make it work.

JAMES MI was initially told my rate on the 6 X12 cargo trailer would be 34.95 Imagine the surprise when the actual cost was 72.00, kind of deceitful practice as when I asked I should have been given full disclosure (thumbs down for this) the rest of the rental was good, and I needed an enclosed trailer in case of inclemate weather, the rental ended up being a little high for a 4-5 hour rental, the remainder of the rental was decent, and friendly staff at the rental facility
