The turn-in was on a holiday. The next day the vehicle should have been closed out It wasn't. Instead I got an email saying that I hadn't turned it in and that I was being charged late fees. I communicated with your U-haul people before the turn -in and afterwards. But your company's inter-departmental communication is poor.

Ron RThe clerk was friendly but when she was asked a question she was not knowledgeable and gave out erroneous information. Both questions I had had to be answered by the 800 number. I would recommend you have some rental knowledge before using this location.
