sherry pThe turn-in was on a holiday. The next day the vehicle should have been closed out It wasn't. Instead I got an email saying that I hadn't turned it in and that I was being charged late fees. I communicated with your U-haul people before the turn -in and afterwards. But your company's inter-departmental communication is poor.
