The clerk was friendly but when she was asked a question she was not knowledgeable and gave out erroneous information. Both questions I had had to be answered by the 800 number. I would recommend you have some rental knowledge before using this location.

MARK LSlow. Had to walk through the whole online order again in person. The clerk ended up choosing a different drop off location than the one I chose online, which was out of the way. I ordered a few dozen blankets with my rental well in advance, the store had 4 blankets available. Luckily the truck had a few more blankets, so no was able to make it work.
