The person on duty for my drop off really seemed put out having to walk outside and do her job. She wanted me to unhook and drop the trailer! I guess she was worried about breaking one of those 2-inch, pointed nails. I was happy to leave that place.

While the attendant was kind and welcoming, she failed to enter my return in a timely manner which resulted in an additional day charge.

GWENDOLYN SThe side skirts on the truck are problematic. They were really beat up when I picked up the truck. They were truck smelled of cigarettes smoke when I opened it up and I was surprised that would be allowed in the rentals. The trailer was aged and when I had the issue, I was surprised at the 100 minute wait time in Murray, Ky. Once he got there, he was great. Overall, a great experience. The service folks at Safe Storage and North Parkway Mini storage were fantastic.
