CRAIG BOne more thing I just discovered!!! When I picked up the truck the gas gauge was on E - 0 miles But the sheet was marked 1/4 tank. He told me I didn’t need to fill it more than that. So I didn’t !! Then get charged for not filling it.
RAYMOND RYou did everything right and I enjoyed the experience! The U-Haul truck was very slow and loud while taking off. I had the towing off. It took 45 seconds before the truck would go to 30 mph. That's, perhaps, normal. I just didn't know what to expect. If you could let the next customer how the behavior they should expect with acceleration, that'll help them. Overall, I was still quite pleased with the experience. Thank you.

Even when we had a question and I called, the phone was answered quickly and the rep was professional, polite, and informative. He was not able to answer my question, but told me he would check and give me a call back shortly. He called me back within about 30 to 45 min with an answer.
