While the nationwide website was frozen during pickup, the site operator went out of his way to work through the challenges and get us on the road. We would highly recommend this pick up site!

We were told one location as had to drive to another. We for charged for extra miles when I told them exactly where we was going and where it would get dropped after we unloaded. Not happy at all with the service and the added charges. Was not what we were told

One more thing I just discovered!!! When I picked up the truck the gas gauge was on E - 0 miles But the sheet was marked 1/4 tank. He told me I didn’t need to fill it more than that. So I didn’t !! Then get charged for not filling it.

You did everything right and I enjoyed the experience! The U-Haul truck was very slow and loud while taking off. I had the towing off. It took 45 seconds before the truck would go to 30 mph. That's, perhaps, normal. I just didn't know what to expect. If you could let the next customer how the behavior they should expect with acceleration, that'll help them. Overall, I was still quite pleased with the experience. Thank you.

The process for pick up was quick. The rep was polite, and professional. Even when we had a question and I called, the phone was answered quickly and the rep was professional, polite, and informative. He was not able to answer my question, but told me he would check and give me a call back shortly. He called me back within about 30 to 45 min with an answer.

The instructions told me to drop the keys in the dropbox. They did not process my dropoff in time and now I am being charged for an additional day. Please contact me and resolve this ASAP or I will dispute the charge on my credit card: William Sell 218-251-3728 sellwill@gmail.com
