The guy that hooked up the trailer, he first told us the wrong brake light connector to get, which caused us to have to go back to the store a second time for the right one, it was a whole thing and he was rude about it. Then I don't really know if he was supposed to help, but I had to have my sister help me get my car on the trailer, and we have never done anything like that before. We asked if he was going to help and he said no. I had a 3400 mile trip and I had trouble with the tow straps the entire time. He just kinda sucked honestly. The wife in the office was cool, I feel sorry for her. He is lazy, rude and unhelpful.

Karen MTwo issues I have: I received the trunk at half a tank of gas; I had not realized it until I had started my trip. A couple of days before picking up the truck, I asked if it had a radio with Bluetooth capabilities. An employee told me it did, saying the company ensures long distance drivers like myself should get that. But when I went to pick it up, it didn’t.

MELISSA KThe outgoing mileage was recorded as 82130 but actually was 82160. I did not notice this until leaving the store after paying my bill. My trip went from 9:42 at the store to Barkley lane then to Farragut drive, gas station, then back to the office for return at 12:06 with odometer at 82176. Thats about 16 miles. That oversight increased my cost by approx a third. Dont know if that was an error or a practice.
rick tUhaul system did not show this location in search and reservation had to be done by phone. Staff was inexperienced.
