I’m not happy about this place because they charged me some type of overnight fee. When I rented to pick up truck for 24 hours. I clocked it out at 8:48 and I had it returned into the box overnight. Dropped it off at 7:30 this morning and they charge me an extra $20 for some overnight fee which they never told me about and I don’t like my $20 back put a credit on my account. I certainly will never use U-Haul again with this BS and I’ll pass the wood on as well.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was charged a cleaning fee 5 hours after I dropped off the equipment. I have never been charged this fee before and always make sure the equipment is in a clean condition when I return it.
