Been charged 194 dollars for fuel when I put more fuel in than what was in when I picked up. Now have to wait a minimum of 10 business days to be refunded. Maybe yall should pay my credit card interest rate on those funds since this is your mistake.Daniel S.

The Parking lot needs light! It took me 2 hours on the phone to get my account corrected. Nathan updated my account HOWEVER, I HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN. I FINALLY GOT ACCESS TO THE VAN KEYS!!! Checked in after hours and the process is a chore. Felt like I was doing the job of the rental employee. Next time, I'm just dropping the keys. Outside of that, wonderful experience, and the staff at Safe Ship was top notch! We used this location more than once.Roger T.

I called to see if this location had a truck available to use for a few hours, the gentleman replied yes, I have a 10ft truck available until 9am tomorrow. I stated that I would probably only need it for a few hours and that I would be there by 230ish to get it. I showed up at 230, the extremely rude lady at the counter stated that I could only use it for an hour because they rented it !!!! So I had to load, unload, gas it up and rush to be back in an hour! Even though I paid FULL PRICE for as many hours as I needed! The rude lady at the counter couldn't have cared less about it! I wouldn't recommend anyone using this location! Truck was old and dirty. Tires were pretty bald. AC worked for awhile, and blew hot for half the trip. There was trash in the front seat when we picked up and cab was unlocked. Oil light / check engine light was on. Wasn't worth the price paid. Location was nice otherwise.DAVID C.

It was a mess! My hitch took way longer to install than they said it would and they didn't have my trailer ready at my reserved time. Service was extremely poor and it was difficult to find out what was going on. I will actively be telling people to avoid using uHaul. The trailer wires were routed right between the ball and coupler so they pinched and blew 3 fuses on the truck. I had to cut and rewire and replace fuses late at night on the side of the road because I lost trailer lights because of this. When doing this, I noticed they did not attach the emergency brake either, so if it came off it could have done a lot of damage. Plus the guy that hooked it up took his shirt off when doing so and left it in the bed of my truck.COLBY C.

Improve app service. Improve customer service. It took me 45 minutes to pick up the truck because the app wouldn't let me take a picture. Then got charged extra for gas when I filled it back to where it was, but couldn't post the photo. I should have only had to pay around $100 for this, but ended up paying $135.
