Called in for a rental 2 Saturdays ago. When I got there I was told the truck had a flat tire and wiuld not be ready that day. Rescheduled for the following Saturday. When I got there I was told the reschedule time was in the system but they showed it was cancelled and no trucks were available. Rescheduled again, this time for Sunday. Truck was there and I got a significant discount, but assuming I use U-Haul again, it will be a different store.

Not much if anything. FRIENDLY SMILING STAFF who greeted me warmly when I arrived 2 minutes before closing on Sunday and made me feel as if it were no problem. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the service.

Your reservation system is horrible. There were so many mistakes in my reservation. One can make changes to a reservation but the old reservation is not cancelled. Employees do not seem to understand the system and complete reservations a requested. Your online application is difficult to make changes on which is why I did them in person. An email to the manager of the store was never answered. Personnel do know their equipment.

The site was messy and the copy paper coming out of the printer for my transaction was all wrinkled. Take some pride in your workplace. The cab of the truck was dirty and needed sweeping. On the good side, my transaction was processed very quickly.

I think something is wrong the mileage gauge on the truck I used. I calculated my mileage for where I took the truck and it came to 26.4 but I was charged for 40 miles. Way over what I went.

The did not check in the trailer on Monday so I received and email from recovery stating I didn’t return the trailer. I had to drive to the place and take pictures to demonstrate I returned the trailer to recovery.
