Very well maintained facility and offices, good location, close to town. The young lady that assisted with the return was very helpful and friendly and the process was seamless

ZACHARY JThe brakes were super super squeaky.. not necessary if they are maintained. The truck also had a heavy cigarette smoke smell after the truck sat for the night with the windows up and the morning sun. Quite bad of a smell.
Tara EI had a different address to drop off on my receipt than the app. So I dropped it off where the app had said. It was after a hours. We put the keys in a drop box per directions on the app. We did not ever receive a email that it was received. It would be nice to get confirmation that your all good after drop off.

ROLLAND LI have rented from UHaul many times when I have needed a truck to haul a load. This location is my favorite.
KENNETH STruck was dirty. Person was nice but basically handed us the keys and said goodbye. No water in windshield washer. Could have used some water. Did not explain the M on automatic transmission shifter. Not real happy about that. But maybe person who gave us the key was not properly trained. And that's on the u haul president. Shape up president. Logan location was convenient and the girl was kind and nice.

SHAWN ZWindshield and front of truck was filthy with bugs and a dead bird. Handtruck that was ordered not present. All in all the self checkout was confusing.

Maksym OWe followed the app instructions. The facility was large enough for moving the vehicle about and not getting nervous about blocking passing cars or running into anything.

JOHN BPersonnel rudely told me the truck was 20 fr after informing her it was 16’9”. She said no it’s a TT so I measured it to show her and document by photo.
Dana PLet people know in the beginning that the small trucks don’t have ramps. Especially when a dolly is rented with the truck
DANA BThere were no personnel at the drop-off location. This location was also a U-Haul storage location, so it took a few minutes to find the key drop-box. Perhaps something at the building door telling customers where the key drop is located would be helpful.

MATTHEW MThis particular truck was uncomfortable. It had a lot of extra bounce, the side mirrors vibrated so much it was hard to see out of them, and the check engine light came on half way through our trip. Knowing we were making a far drive we should’ve been given a better truck. Butter service at both locations was fantastic.
MALENA HChecking in and dropping off the truck using the app was fairly difficult. The process was not very obvious to get started.

KENNETH SGetting the truck in Logan UT was ok. Truck over heated and once to a location we could look it it found it was TWO GALLONS LOW on coolant. Spent $40 for coolant. Truck sounded like it had an exhaust leak but when returning was told it normal.
NATHANIEL BOnly needed a truck for a few hours Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was perfect.
KEVIN FI had reserved a truck in Smithfield. When I went to pick it up, they had no truck. Thus, I had to travel farther putting more miles on the truck. I wanted a convenient location going to Logan was not convenient. When we took the truck back to the Logan sight no one was there, we had to just leave the truck and hope everything was good.

BRANDON FI'm trying to figure out why the location I rented the truck from charged me for 6 gallons of gas when I drove it a total of NINE miles. You can't tell me your trucks get 1.5 miles to the gallon. That's completely ridiculous.
Megan SChecking in and out was quick and easy! I had submitted most of the information online. The staff was ready for my arrival and the truck worked great! When I returned it the staff again was watching for me and it was no time at all before I was on my way!
JANET EEverything was good and smooth, the only thing they need to do is more coordination with other locations, due to high demand, the truck I reserved was reserved by other locations and they end up giving me a bigger truck than what I needed.
SAID GOnly dealt with one person but he was helpful and actually talked nice 👍

Matthew WBattery was dead when I got the truck and I got charged a $25 cleaning bill and I feel like I didn’t dirty the equipment.
SEAN RCab was very dusty. Check engine light on. No ramp? App instructed me to drop the key in the box, then to take pictures of interior components..? My experiences with uhaul continue to decline since my first, great, experience in 2010.

JOHN CMake sure trucks gas tanks are at least half full. The one we got was a quarter full. We also didn't have the dolly in the truck that we reserved with the truck. When we called for assistance Addison was not helpful. We picked up the truck at 7:30, but due to not having the reserved dolly, and the office not opening until 9am, we were delayed by 2 hours on our move. Overall, it was not a good experience. Also, the app used to pick up the truck is terrible and needs to be fixed.
Kelly HThe manager at this storage facility was great at getting my drop off location changed so I wouldn't have to drive out of town. She made the drop off experience easier than others that I've been to.
