chris mGeneral U-Haul feedback: Provide ratchet straps. Also, let customers know how many gallons equals a 1/4 tank of fuel. A back-up camera would be helpful. Let customers know specifically how early they can check out (i.e. start the process and turn the key in the truck), and how long returns take, and the process of returns. Make extensions of time an easier process to access/look up. Thanks for all you do! This was a great location.
Jessica BMy rating is NOT for this actual location. This location was great and would receive a 5 star review. The reason for my 2 star review is based on the U-haul app and website and their lack of support through customer service. We had made a reservation for an early morning pickup knowing we would need to use the app to pick-up our reservation. It took us almost 2 hours before we could complete the process of picking up our truck. This included trying and waiting on the U-haul app, the U-haul website, as well as being on the phone waiting for customer service to help, and then having to go into a U-haul location for live help. The process that was supposed to be quick, easy, and convenient was anything but that. Keep this in mind if you plan on picking up your reservation using the app.
