Did not explain the after hours app check in process or ask me to confirm the statusbofbthr vehicke prior to leaving the facility. Needed to take more time to explain.
Kyle KThe U-Haul was sticky on the seats, dash board, steering wheel, floors, and cup holders. It also had a nasty smell. This should have been caught before we used it, even if the previous customer said it was ready for use. Not a good move.
