I didn't like the fact that the dolly was mounted in the doorway and in the way of moving large item in the truck. (a cnc cutting table) In order to load it, I had to, remove the seal and pay 7.00 to rent it even though I didn't need it. It felt like it was placed in a location where it hindered moving on purpose to increase the chances of getting the extra 7.00 charge. I was happy with the agent who was very nice to deal with and liked the truck.. Also there was limited space on the lot to return the truck. The returns were parked on the street and in the small space in front of the gate were filled. There was little room to maneuver with parking spaces filled up.

The guy we dealt with (I feel terrible I can't remember his name) was super helpful and got us in a truck in minutes! (thankfully he had one available) He was so helpful as I had never rented a U-Haul before, and there was next to no information on the website for what to do or expect. I strongly recommend the Boxwood location if you need a truck in Nanaimo, BC. Fantastic, friendly service that completely turned my day around!

Tina ENothing to do with the location, the boxwood location and the person running it were great, but my reservation was changed from a different location to this one, and a different, later time. This was all done the day of and without consulting me. That was not a good experience
