Pam GWhen I returned the rental, there was nobody in the office. Message on door said to call xxx-xxx-xxxx. I had no phone, so I parked unit and put keys in the drop box, as i had no time to waste, waiting for somebody to show up. I was charged for an after hours drop off, when I only had the truck for less than 4 hours.
