tire popped after 10 min after rental 2 1/2 hours waiting for road side assistance
Gianna RodriguezI noticed I got overcharged, I called in so I can get an explanation and I’ve been told I’m not the first customer that happened to, I need to call customer service to dispute it. I was shocked because the way the gentleman was telling me that was as if it’s not a big deal. I’m highly dissatisfied because I only used the truck for less than 2 hrs and dropped it off, my card got charged $115.
Clinude BeausejourThe uhaul was parked in a dangerous area that’s 1 to get the uhaul took about an hour because your website kept freezing the representative that called to confirm my driver was rude and hung up on my partner when i called customer service because the website was down and i was afraid to wait in the location because it was a dangerous area the representative had no care in the world to help me this was a mess and i would never rent with uhaul again.

I did have we're fixed a.s.a.p right in the store. they go way beyond to help customer's I love U-HAUL they never let me down... Keep up the great work Guy's.
Cliff CrewsHowever, the reservation was all messed up. uHaul did not ensure that the equipment that we needed was in Sanford where we live. I had to travel to downtown Orlando where they had a truck but no car trailer. We were delayed for 1.5 hours while they located a trailer and retrieved it from another location. Saidi did their best, but the reservation process was totally screwed up. The only issue I had with Saidi is that I got in truck, checked fuel level, and reported to them that the truck was only 1/4 full. They had not printer and couldn't print a contract for me. They told me that I would receive an email contract which never came until after I got to Tallahassee. In Tallahassee I was told that they required the fuel to be at 3/8 not 1/4. That is what the contract showed, but if I had seen that contract in Orlando, I would have objected. So I took the truck to get another 1/8 fuel. In returning, the wheel cover on the left side flipped over and got dented up while taking a turn into Storquest's lot. I had to pay $250 in damages. That really sucked after being delayed so long. It was a very stressful experience. It was no individual's fault. The root cause was clearly a function of a process that did not work in the first place to make the equipment available at the right place at the right time. Focus on quality processes and you will get quality processes.
