I never got the manager's name or the other guy working at Magic tire, but their hospitality was on point! 1st time I rent a uhual and the price im given as a quote is cheaper than I was actually charged. They stayed late to make sure I eas taken care of. I will rent from these guys again!

shifty location didn't seem safe. One guy walked off with the broom I brought while I was signing up, I had to go find where he put it. The guy in charge didn't want me to get within 5 feet of him, he kept saying 'keep your distance' wouldn't even look at my driver's license, told me to click on the text link to upload it. I had reserved 1 dozen blankets, he said they didn't have any, some of my furniture ended up being damaged because I didn't have the blankets I needed to wrap some of the furniture. I would not use this location again.
nelson mMario was very accommodating, the truck was spotless. I would go to this location again when the need arises.
Mary Stire popped after 10 min after rental 2 1/2 hours waiting for road side assistance
Gianna RI noticed I got overcharged, I called in so I can get an explanation and I’ve been told I’m not the first customer that happened to, I need to call customer service to dispute it. I was shocked because the way the gentleman was telling me that was as if it’s not a big deal. I’m highly dissatisfied because I only used the truck for less than 2 hrs and dropped it off, my card got charged $115.
