KAMAL MThe truck was full of dog or cat hair it was disgusting there was hair on the seats, the floor in the cup holders dash I’ve rented Uhaul from this location and other locations previously but never ever had this bad experience ever. I have only said yes to if I would recommend rectory location? yes only if the truck is clean for rental. If location truck is not clean then I wouldn’t recommend this location. After I left the parking lot of Rectory location I felt I couldn’t drive the dirty truck so I went back to see if I can take the van instead but when I got back I was told by the staff that the van was booked so I didn’t have time to go to another location plus other locations didn’t have that size available for the time I needed and would have been very time consuming to check other locations availability so I was left with no choice but to take the dirty truck. So I did not enjoy sitting in a dirty truck full of animal hair I couldn’t even put my bag on the floor nor it was hygienic to put my coffee cup in the coffee cup holder because of all the hair. I feel as a regular uhaul customer I should be compensated for that rental on my next rental. kuldeep SHi..it was told that my rate per km will be .89 cent when we called customer care as we returned the vehicle earlier than our scheduled time due to high volume of booking.but it was charged 1.09 cent.
MIJO JI was given the wrong truck and charged for the bigger truck. We used it but I don't understand why I wasn't given what I ordered? I wanted a van and you gave me a 10' truck.
LIANNEM KI would have liked to ve advised tgat the puck up would not be at a U-haul facility. The service provider did complete the transaction but was clearly doing this for the first time while consulting with someone on video chat. This is not a reflection on him. But for intercity reservations every monent counts and our pick up was dekayed by over 30 minutes in addition to being from a location further than tge one we had asked for.
Kathy AClose this location. Tank had not been filled. As we were putting in gas we found out the dolly we ordered was not on the truck We had to go back to get it. It took us an hour and a half just to leave the store. This person was incompetent and should not be renting uhaul from this store.
Gisele dThis experience was rough. I had originally ordered the U-Haul from another place. However, the previous customer did not return the vehicle I needed. They placed my order to Saks. I thought the people were nice. The people helped me get the van. It was a little sandy inside, but, that caused me no issues. Reverse camera was broken. Thankfully, I was driving long before the invention of reverse cameras. Again, no real problem. By the time I returned the vehicle, all of the creepy people in the neighborhood were outside the store. I don’t blame the store. This is our world now. Police I blame. That being said, I think that U-Haul should have a policy that allows customers a secondary drop off point, should the customer be uncomfortable with the initial drop off point. That may not be a big issue in the States. Here in Canada, however, we have no police protection. Just a thought. I still plan to use U-Haul again, in the near future.

shahin kWe dropped off two dollies after not receiving the order I requested. Then few days later I get a bill saying I didn't return one of the dollies. I wouldn't recommend renting anything from you
John FIt was my first time going thorough u haul and they literally charged me for 14 litres of petrol just for 66km so it was worst. I prefer to use public bus 10 time a day than u haul Even the location I got it from told me it's vaild I paid 107 dollar just forn2 hours and 66 km
Susant RAlthough visually is clean, however, the equipment's driver"s cockpit smells shit which appears not totally cleaned or sanitized.
Allan RGet an older guy in there who will do customer service instead of meet with his friends around the counter and outside with all the park cars. I did not feel safe here.
Peter HCharged me for cleaning even though truck was clean when I left it, overcharged for gas and added misc. fees I was not aware about. I have pictures to prove I was overcharged and would like to speak to someone from uhaul.
