The location was okaym but in the middle of nowhere. I had originally reserved a truck from a location only a 2 minute walk from the Amtrak station (I trained up from San Luis Obispo). Then that got changed to 4 miles away, then again to 8 miles away. I don’t understand why UHaul locations can’t work together & move trucks around for their customers.

The person who assisted me Was not helpful
Jose CThe digital check-in was a little cumbersome, particularly for someone in my age group (70s). The blankets and dolly were not in the truck. I just happened to step into the office of the Auto Center and found that they were sitting in the office. I was expecting the truck to be gassed up like you find with rental cars...but it only had a 1/4 tank of gas!
