We had scheduled a pick up for a near by location and without asking my location was changed to another town. I didn’t cancel order because I thought it was in town and I just didn’t know the address it wasn’t until I was going to pick up the uhal and used my GPS that I knotices it was 7 miles away when the original pick up spot was less than half a mile away! Then during pick up the truck was not being released because I needed 2 people to confirm !! Who would pick up their phone at 10pm ?!? To confirm I’m who I say I am !!!! And when I placed my order I has added a dolly , for this first location thankfully I took the call and that’s when the sales person said they didn’t have a dolly ! Online inventory is horrible this is why my pick location was changed and I had to go else where to rent a dolly. Horrible experience

CHRISTOPHER AThe location was fine. The truck was really old. The radio didn't work. There was no 4 way flasher button. There was no reverse camera. The cargo area had a funky smell. The steering wheel was loose.
TIMOTHY MOne thing ,my réservation was changed twice due to people not returning trucks..I feel that the 14 mile round trip to pick up the truck should have been refunded .I was impressed with the calls and e-mails to alert me of the changes .
