To NOT do the self pick up and drop off. It takes a long time and there’s so many ways to make an error and then if you do make an error, you will be charged $20 by U-Haul. To provide what we are told will be provided. In my case, I asked if there would be moving blankets in the truck and they said yes, and there were not. This entire rental from beginning to end was so ridiculously difficult.
