Angel bI have been renting Uhaul trucks since the 90’s, and I have never encountered a situation like this. I was overcharged and I called Uhaul to have the problem resolved, instead you all proved to be as unethical as the business I rented the truck from. For some reason I wasn’t aware of the bill being sent to a collection agency, I have always taken care of my rental agreement with Uhaul, but for some I’m being charged an extra 30 dollars, talking about late fees, I strongly believe, if Uhaul was able to charge my card yesterday, they could have easily charged my card on the 11th of June. I truly believe, that in order not, to give me my credit for the overcharge the payment was held back; therefore I still ended up paying the original balance, oldest trick in the book and it’s mainly practiced by unethical businesses. Customer loyalty doesn’t matter to this company I now realize this, and it was nice doing business with you all, and I will definitely be that customer that won’t be returning. Thank you
Mary SI paid extra for a two wheel dolly, but none was provided. I informed site for refund. No response yet. Had to spend extra to rent one at Home Depot. Never do business with U-HAUL anymore.

BRENDA BWe have proof that the car was pick up and gave to us with little gasoline and they are charging us for a full tank. They made us wait more than two hours and that's why we used the hours we needed.
