When you send the code to sign in for pickup make it a text option not email only because when I had to go to another screen to get the code from my email U-Haul started the whole process over again and I could never sign in myself it took over 2 hours it was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen I will probably never rent from you all again because of that

The truck was not cleaned when I picked up it had rocks and dust all over floors and sticking stuff around cup holders! 65.00$ for gas is ridiculous and it wasn’t on full in the first place
